The most unprofessional experience in my life just speaking to this branch on the phone. Stay away, take the drip downtown to a more established professional branch. And the address is also wrong online. They need a complete makeover here. New staff.

Please don’t come to this branch- the manager Luis Bangalea is the laziness person in the world. Came here to open an LLC checking; first time I went it was 3:30pm and he told me it’s too late to open a new account (really?) ok fine. Came again at 1:30pm and now I need an appointment for another day because I came during his lunch break. Wow that’s incredible!! If I can give a 0 star I would. Please avoid this brand at all cost! Definitely just lost a potential business client because of people like him!

Never received my pin number but received my package and card twice I asked still no pin and what bank is closed on Saturday.its really crazy don't think I will be staying with this bank not satisfied with how PNC Bank handles first time customers....

A little warning about pnc Bank the atm ate a check I was depositing. The banks service line told me they couldn't help me. People who run the atms aren't affiliated with the bank there's nothing they would do to help. The bank on 178th street has been open less then a month and this is the second problem I've encountered there.

The ATM at this branch is often out of service!!! This bank should NOT be a Social Security deposit bank in New York because there are NOT enough branches in the city. I have wasted time and carfare coming to this bank only to discover that the ATM is broken.
