PNC Bank N Main St, Rutherfordton

Never have I ever looked forward to banking! Brooke and her staff are sincerely amazing. They answer all questions without attitude or being rude. They have helped me raise my credit score quickly and are helping me get things in order to buy my first home. There isn't enough good that can be said. Katie is so amazingly helpful and the cashiers are so friendly. They remember you, they ask how things are (and generally care), give your pets treats in the drive through. Haven't yet had a bad moment since I started banking with them.

Worst bank ever, transactions don’t change your balance. It took two weeks for something to put if my account and now I’m in the negative. How do you even spend money that you don’t have?

If you need a bank this is the one to take it to so that's why I rate them 5 stars

This bank basically stole from us and then told us it was our fault for not reading an email that was sent. We have a car loan home loan and other accounts with PNC and we had an account set up just to deposit our car payment that pays the very bank the account is with. At some point they started taking money out of the account and then closed the account after there was no more money to take we only found out because the car payment was declined and when we tried to get this straightened out and get the money they stole from us back, some person who claimed to be the highest level person said it was our fault for not reading the email on an account that was set up a year before and when we threatened to take our business elsewhere ( car, home loan and accounts) the response was okay have a nice night. I would call this bank thieves and I will never do business with them again after more than ten years of doing so even when they were RBC. Good luck if you do. If I could put negative stars I would.
