PNC Bank S Hulen St, Fort Worth

I have been living in this neighborhood for over 40 years. The location of this bank used to be a gas station. During the "modern" depression in early 2000, the gas station was demolished and turned into a bank, which was the Compass Bank. The layout of the construction is one the worst; the design apparently failed and turned out to be a disaster for customers; there are three narrow lanes for mobile banking, so difficult to turn in and get out..the worst of all is the poor quality of customer service then, rude and inefficient. Then, the bank is changed from Compass Bank to BBVA Bank, and then, another change over to become PNC Bank now. I don't have any account with PNC, but with their competitor across the street, Wells Fargo. However, I have a credit card with PNC, and there was a balance I decided to pay it off via drive through today. There were only two customers, including me; but the service was extremely slow, and the representative, Amanda, who was rude and inefficient with obnoxious altitude. It seems that the poor service tradition has passed on...

My experience here has been exasperating. Over the years it seems any competent employee at this branch is promoted, and moved to a different location, so whomever is left is subpar. That has been my experience with Heidi. She has been unimpressive and incompetent in my dealings with her for my banking needs. I hope when BBVA merges with PNC the service at this branch improves. Fortunately, Alisha at the Bryant Irvin branch cleaned up Heidi's mess, but sadly that branch will be closing when the PNC merger goes through.

I needed to cash 2 postal money orders to do a wire tranfer at Chase Bank so I went to my branch at compass on McCart Ave. The teller told me to deposit the money orders and then withdraw it . I did that and the bank immediately put a block on my debit card and froze my account. I have spent about two hours on the phone since that time a month ago and was told that I could use my card and their were no holds on my account. I deposited my paycheck and now I still cannot use my card and cannot pay any of my bills. I think its crazy that i cannot call the bank to resolve this problem when I did nothing wrong.

Used them for the past eight years and have had such professional services. The counter staff were always friendly. The managers Heidi and Greg at my branch were excellent.

its not just this branch. I have a business account here and its been one headache after another.

BBVA was great for me. Then came the.take over. I now have to log in differently for my business and personal accounts. This was suppose to be fixed within a couple of weeks. It has been 3 months and no results. For tax purposes i need account information for the year. That was in September promised to me to be resolved. It is December now and still no.results. I will be shopping for another bank once I am back in the U.S.

Experience after experience has let me down. I banked here for fifteen years but they treated me like cattle. They blew me off on a home loan. For my PPP app, they NEVER even called me. Recently, I paid my CC down to zero and it shows it was closed, but I got a small finance charge with almost a hundred fee tacked on, after it was closed. Of course, nobody will call me. I'm required to call a different number myself. That's not how to treat people. I moved to Veritex and they bend over backwards for their customers. I got my PPP TWICE without a hiccup, and they handle everything I need with a personal touch. I suggest you consider a local or a state bank rather than one of these corporate globs.

Worst experience ever sat at the lobby to get helped and only got ignored the workers to busy discussing the weddings and life and the tellers just simply ignored me

I typically make my monthly payments for my account at this branch. Twice I have been quoted the wrong minimum payment twice. Because of this twice I have had to call and get it fixed. The other issue is when you make a payment on the day it is due it does not post till the next day. I have three times has to call to get the late fee dropped.

Best customer service of any bank i've ever been to.
