PNC Bank Lemont Rd, Downers Grove

This bank has the most unprofessional loan officers I have ever dealt with. Misquoted a loan by $150, did not communicate so had 2 separate appointments set up that were cancelled without notifying me. Worse service ever. Will travel to another brand if I have any business to conduct. Terrible communication skills and completely uncaring.

Worst bank branch I've ever dealt with. Numerous problems. Incompetence abounds. Customer service/relations is terrible from their Personal Banker and especially the General Manager. It took their District Manager weeks to rectify a situation for me after she ignored my calls for a week and finally returned my call and was flat out nasty to me. Don't go here!!!

If you want to ruin your day, go to this place and ask a question. Everyone doesn't know what are they doing there. Today I went to ask about unknown transactions on my account, the guy was clicking computer for 5 minutes and answered " Honestly, I don't know.., come back tomorrow.." Seriously??? A year ago, I needed to transfer money, I went 2times and after 2nd time just gave up and went to different location. At that time lady was saying " Sorry i dont do this a lot, I think my username is locked.." LOL i think even high school student is more responsible than these ppl working there. Worst bank ever!!!

I agree this one sucls...they make u pick a star..I pick no star....to put ur opinions u have to pick a star.....people..really....and the one who said best bank ...must be a relative to someone in the bank...

I always receive a great service from pnc.

The branch manager is great. However the customer service stops there. They must have some pretty large corporations as clients because as a small business owner they really fall short on any customer service. They never return calls and employees say they are in the office but nobody ever get's back to you. It's been over a month I called four times to one department no response. Months of hassles and missing employees in other areas. I can go on and on but I have better things to do. Over all I would say this bank doesn't care about their customers. Don't bother ordering checks, it will be a waste of your time and money. There are better choices available, take your time and look around some.

Dan the manager is great! Had a question about an SBA loan and he told me he would look into it and call me back the next at around 10 am and guess what he did! He answered all my questions too.

worst brach ever!!!! i hate this bank so much!!!!! the people have no clue what they are doing IN THIS LOCATION!!!! I have had fair customer service in Lombard. But this one is the WORST!!!!!

I AGREE THIS IS THE WORST PNC BRANCH - SPECIALY TELLERS AND BRANCH MANAGER NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO ANY COMPLAINTS , NOT FRIENDLY , BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR COMUNICATION SKILLS
