Nice easy in and out service, best to come during the day while everyone is at work because it don’t be no lines and the people are more nicer.

Very dismissive attitude when questions are asked/professional help is sought after, and inefficient in their work. Dialogue is unproductive with management when feedback is attempted to be given about unpleasant experience. It appears the inefficient nature and rude behavior from staff is a cultural problem of this branch. Second hand embarrassment for all the staff and manager of this Woodridge branch in charge of training staff to live up to basic standards of professionalism. Cherry on top: staff do not comply to state mandate by not wearing mask when encountering customers.

Went to change my name after marriage. I had my certified marriage certificate but did not have an updated drivers license (Going this week to do that). After waiting 15 mins for the banker didn’t even catch her name, she refused to change it without the updated drivers license. She said it’s because the name wouldn’t match the card if I go to a teller (which I never do anyway). Whatever, left and went to another chase branch near by (same day) and they were able to change it with out a problem. They just told me the current cards work until I activate the new ones which will arrive 3-5 days....I would have my updated DL by then.

Poor customer service by several tellers and incorrect information from personal bankers. Was also shorted $10 but the teller didn't give me a receipt.

I had some stuff take place with my checking account and I lost access to it online, it was restricted and locked. I called customer service and was not able to get anything done. So I came into this branch and was sent to see Mr. Jordan Evans, he was very empathetic to my situation and was able to listen to me and hear me discuss how I had gotten myself in this mess. He told me not to worry that he would do everything in his power to help me get this issue resolved. He has been working behind the scenes on my behalf and it's been a couple of days but I'm finally getting some positive results and he told me that he's not done yet. He's going above and beyond his job description in my personal opinion. I appreciate his efforts and I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves for his hard work on behalf of the customers that he helps.

My situation started last week, it looked like somebody got ahold of my debit card account and I contacted the claims department and we got cut off. I contacted the claim department again. They explained to me a few things that were going to happen in one of those things it was supposed to happen in 12 hours. It didn't. I was supposed to get a email confirmation which I never got so this morning Monday I ended up calling our local branch here in Illinois. The person who helped me I believe her name is Julia, she helped me to the best of her ability and she also followed up she actually made me feel a little better about my situation thank you Julia

We came to open a basic savings account for my 8 year old to deposit a birthday check from Grandpa. It took 50 min (including a 15 min wait before being served) and the personal banker had to get up and leave us to either get basic new account literature, something off the printer, or help because she did not know how to do something and needed a supervisor assistance. I have been a Chase client for 30+ years, so I'm likely not going anywhere, but if they have their own printer, a supply of the basic new account hand outs she could minimize her time away from us, and get us in & out in 15-20 min as expected rather than 2.5x plus the initial wait time.

I ask the lady in middle can a teller cancel a money order. She says yes. Wait in line 10 minutes to get told I need to see a banker. Why waste my time! Moved my personal out of chase and definitely looking to move my business. They have become from the best to a joke.

I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews!!! Chase has always been good to me and everyone I know, we drive 3 1/2 hours to come to this chase! Sergio is the best!
