BMO Harris Bank 75th St, Darien

Great bank that has always taken good care of me both for personal stuff and business banking. Helped me out amazingly well with a case of identity theft too. My banker there, Daned, is fantastic! Online and App banking with them works great too.

I have been with BMO for years. Every location I’ve gone to has been wonderful EXCEPT this location on 75th St/Darien. Every time I’ve gone in, I wait in line, no one in front of me, woman working and look up at me, ignore me, no hello or be with you in a moment. I had to do an address update and they would NOT do it for me unless I brought in the “yellow” forwarding mail sticker...REALLY? Very unhappy with that bank and all the woman who work there. I changed my address on line, 1-2-3, with no issues. Find another bank to go to, this one has extremely poor customer service

If you have time to kill, go here! Slowest service ever! Even after I told her I was in a hurry, she was non apologetic... I've been a Harris customer for 12 years, first and last time at this branch!!

This place has the slowest drive through service of any bank I have ever visited. Not just a one time occasion every single time...Average time is about 15 minutes....Beyond rediculous!

I have never experienced such poor customer service, ever, as I have at this bank, even the bank manager is clueless. Avoid this bank location, if possible. There is another BMO in Burr Ridge where they are very attentive and caring.

First time at this branch and it was a terrible experience compared to all the other branches I’ve been to. I came in to try to see if I could get a debit card but no one who worked even acknowledged that I was there. I decided to head to the teller and ask what’s going on and she proceeded to tell me that isn’t her job and go talk to someone else.

worst bank EVER!!!!!! waited in the drive thur for almost 45mins cause they send more time talking with each other vs helping the customers

I suggest everybody to Never go this branch or Never open account this bank... they really don't know how to service with customers... I heve 4 account in this bank and I am trying to close all accounts.. because of bad service

I have use this BMO branch since they opened at this location. I use them for all my banking and mortgage needs and have all the personal friendly, helpful, and professional.
