PNC Bank OH, Maineville

Terrible bank, happy to know this before I used them. Went to the branch to open a new checking account and the staff was worried it would take an hour to complete the task. Pretty ironic when you can open an account online in under 15 minutes.

Not enough reviews on here apparently. The staff here is completely incompetent. Stephanie in particular, not only does she not know how to do her job but, when she messes up, she with just blatantly lie about it. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, their regional manager is just as bad. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They screwed up our accounts royally two days in a row, said they fixed it and then two months later screwed them up again. I will most definitely be switching banks and advise anyone and everyone who likes their money to be handled responsibley the way a bank should be handling it to do the same.

Well, customer service.... They did not want to deposit coins! Coins-not money for them. I have been there the other day and another lady did deposit the coins I had. So, the blonde lady who worked on August 24, by the second window was too lazy to do that, this is the conclusion.

Tried to open an account with you guys and you said no because we sell CBD products? Legal in the state by the way.... contacting your corporate office and our attorney.

Horrible customer service ... to the point of being rude (except for Robin). I am in their private banking group and they have made numerous mistakes on my account… Including costing me $1,000 by failing to properly reduce a withholding amount after I submitted the paperwork six weeks in advance. Their response: “My bad. I’m so sorry..”. Contacted PNC corporate only to get shuffled around to four different people. I was ultimately told there was nothing the bank could do about it even though they admitted the mistake in writing. Horrible location as well.

The worst customer service and the branch manager is just as worse, Amy! They have zero follow through and lack of communication is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect to get anything loan wise accomplished. Choose another lender!!!!

The building could not have worse location if it tried...If you live to the left of PNC, find another bank!! All the exits are right turns only.. You have to go out the PNC lot, behind a sketchy CVS and then cut thru a Auto Zone parking lot full of speed bumps just to turn left out of PNC.. unacceptable..PNC used to be good.. but now the rewards program is trash.. the banks dont accept change at any location near me .. they send you to coin star to get taxed 15% and the mobile banking is rarely accessible from mobile.. always down for maintenance

This is my favorite branch to go to, so friendly and so helpful. Which most are, but for some reason, this one is something special. Love the complimentary keurig coffee.
