PNC Bank Kings Mills Rd, Mason

After my dealings with one of the bankers here today my wife and I will be shopping around for another bank. I've had great service with the other two that work in this branch but between our experiences today and dealing with PNC dragging their feet on a disputed charge thats making us keep the compromised account open we're fed up with PNC as a whole. I will not mention the person's name directly but if someone from PNC reaches out I will explain the whole situation. I left Chase bank for the pushiness and sales pitches that PNC is starting to do as well.

This is my favorite branch. Everyone is great to work with and are always cheerful. If they are a little busy, they will still acknowledge your presence and tell you they will help you in a minute. Whenever I have questions on my accounts, the management staff is exceptionally helpful. Carlton, the manager, is the nicest manager I have ever dealt with. Everyone always make you feel important!

Service is so slow even when processing a simple check cashing item. Recent visit took 8 minutes to cash 3rd party check for $50 from Grange insurance, on a PNC account. Plus I have three accounts with PNC anywhere from $10,000 down to A $1,000 so it is not like I am a stranger at the bank. I was only customer at the bank.

Tellers except two of them are horrable. Cant make deposits or get account information. Benita the teller is one of the fantastic tellers so look to get her. As far as the other staff, bad. The one Woman who is support staff is a complete failure, making mistakes. Cannot get her to support you in banking needs (possible language barrier). She sits in second office on left as you enter bank - aviod her. Kyle Mario , is fantastic. Reliable and able to support customers. UNFORTUNATELY PNC has removed him from this branch -w o w bad move PNC. Have changed the bank hours & close early so that does not help customers that are forced to 5/3 at Krogers - another bad move PNC.

Doesnt matter which branch or location or "customer service" they attempt to offer, this is the absolute WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Pathetic is too kind

This PNC Bank location is now a "DIGITAL CENTER". What a joke...the outside ATM wouldn't take a check deposit...had to go inside...and amidst the very dark inside, the 1 employee could only say "I can't understand why that wouldn't work?". PLEASE CLOSE THIS BUILDING if ATM is the only method...a joke but not funny.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to deposit $22 into my little girls account and because I didn’t have her account number they would not let me do it... I have also in the past tried to move funds around, they said do it in the app. I see no real purpose to have that building open on Kings Mills, if they can’t assist or push to the app.

This place isn't even a bank anymore... 'Digital Solutions Center'. Can't deposit cash unless you have an ATM card... Which I don't, for my mom's account. Absolutly useless building.

There are no tellers at this location, so you can't make a withdrawal over your atm limit

It's basically an ATM, can't go in at this branch.
