Great bank with very nice tellers! I went in to setup a checking account and was out in 15 minutes. It's sad to see one bad experience lead to tons of people leaving bad reviews when they haven't even visited the establishment!

Banking while black will get your account frozen. We know that an institution can be called and a check verified and it does not take 2 days. That bank manager or teller needs to be fired. He did nothing to help the situation and the microaggresion....... I'll be closing my account!

Closed my account because of a fraud check that was already cleared by employer and lawyers. It’s unbelievable how they are treating me and when I went to walk out of the building they called me the n word with a hard r!!!

they racially profiled me and would not lemme access my money without telling me why. when u inquired about it i was called a racial slur and told to leave. this bank needs to be shut down immediately, and I will be suing as i have video evidence.
