PNC Bank Sudley Rd, Manassas

I just closed my Business Bank account WITH PNC. I used to like this Bank since I live right across the street and it's very convenient for me and my wife and also their staff at this branch are very friendly,. But since my employees and sub contractors started complaining about PNC started to charge them 2% to everyone I write a check too . I went to complain to them about that and they said that was their new policy for everyone that doesn't Bank with them???. What that he'll?, Freaking bankers always trying to get richer from poor people,. Screw you PNC I will never Bank with you ever again,...

Glad I decided to come to this branch. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Ms. Regina is very knowledgeable and resolved my issue with ease!

Rushed here but i was at the door by 4:58pm and the door was locked. The lady came to door but didn't open it and told me go to Centerville the open until 7pm. Not coming here again

Worst bank ever ..it is so difficult to do business with them . They have closed the Bristow location completely due to pandemic.. and the other branches work as they please .. I went to do the deposit .. staff told me that they close at 2 .. I was there few minutes before 2 and yet they closed the doors .. they don’t appreciate the small businesses at all .. I will be raking my business away soon .. one of the most inconvenient bank ever

This bank can't open up on time. Bank in Warrenton Virginia open's at 9am sharp!!!

This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. Manager Mr. Sheikh is friendly… thanks for assisting in opening our business account and offering useful products. 👍🏻

What an poor experience I had here today. I called the bank (business accounts) the day before, and their phone representatives (Jessie and Chaz) were very helpful and promised me "personal and excellent customer service." So I showed up today to open a business account. The receptionist told me that they had one business specialist working and she was with a customer. No issue there, I sat there waiting. 20 minutes later, another business customer walked into the bank. He obviously knew the business account specialist, judging from their hand waves and warm smiles. As soon as she saw him, she waved him to come into her office (she had just finished with her prior customer). So he walked in and proceeded to do business while I was still waiting outside! When I asked the receptionist as to why did the guy who just walked in is being services while I'm still waiting, she replied "I don't know, I have to get back to work now." Needless to say, I walked out. Luckily, as a business owner, today I learned how NOT to treat my customers from PNC.

I have been a PNC customer for a long time. I use them for my business and really like PNC. I go to branches all over the area to make deposits. This is the only one that has rude and slow people. I will avoid this branch from now on. Yesterday, I was the only one in the drive-up terminal and it took 9 minutes to make a simple deposit. Any other branch would have been done in 1-2 minutes. This happens every time I go here.

Had a pleasant experience with this PNC brach, staff was friendly.. Mr. Sheikh really took care of our need... will be back again.

Great service , very busy branch with lots of traffic , though team always seems to be busy working with customers which makes sense . Good , clean location . Would recommend bankers from here !!!
