I’ve never reviewed a bank before. Never thought I would. But my experience with the PNC on Ogden in Naperville has been really, really good every single time I go there. I have never been to a bank with more helpful, friendly and fun staff in my life. I actually enjoy going to the bank thanks to this amazing group of people! Keep up the great work! They called me after 6pm CST to invite me into the brach to discuss my account needs?! What disturbs me even more is their bank hours closed at 5pm! Between horrible bank hours and gouging fees, I’m finally moving my direct deposit to Chase.

Always been great to me. Stinks that this branch will be closing on 9/21/18.

PNC refused to allow me to withdrawal my money. They claimed they did not have enough information to verify a withdrawal. Apparently my balance, debit card, account number, drivers license, and passport is not enough for a withdrawal, but they kindly reminded me every other sentence that I could still make a deposit. Not only an inconvenience, but cost me thousands of dollars and weeks of time lost. The message was clear: PNC can take your money, but won’t give it to you. I’ll be closing my account ASAP…if they’ll even let me.

Waited almost 30 min in the lobby for them to “verify” a cash withdrawal. This was under 7k and shouldn’t ever take this long. Was told to just wait a minute. Late for appointment now.

Horrible experience!!! They would not cash a 25 dollar check without 2 forms of identification. I gave them a driver's license and said no needed another form of identification
