    Don’t bank here. Took my 17 yo in to cash paychecks drawn on this bank and they were going to charge him $10 each. They asked if he wanted to open an account. Not at a bank that would do that.

    The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Paid off a truck loan through them and I am still fighting to get the title even after having a note from the bank manager. I had to fight to wire them money after them saying they never received 4 checks. After receiving the payoff note I got a collections notice over $65, no note or contact was ever attempted over the balance. They are now adding fees after an account was closed. The account manager transferred to a different role who told me "it wasn't his problem anymore." No online payment can be made unless an actual bank account is opened with them. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. I would never recommend them.

    Operator never picks up.When I reached my loan person they said were with a client and would call back.They never did.2 hrs. after the call I left a voice message.Still no return call. I was approved for a loan and the money was not transferred when I was told it would be.

    Absolutely horrible experience! No one answers the phone and when they do and try to forward you to the appropriate party, the number is no longer in service. Worst banking experience ever!

    I have been a Harris bank customer almost my entire life. I visited this branch because I had a fraudulent check cashed out of one of my accounts. The check was a fake check without any signature on it and had a wrong address for me yet somehow they still took it out of my account. I was having a private conversation with one of the bankers who was very nice and was figuring out what we can do. One option was to immediately close my account but that would be problematic because I have a lot of outstanding checks that would then bounce so that was not ideal. All of a sudden William Brodeur a "Retail Relationship Banker" inserted himself into our conversation and was extremely rude and condescending telling me among other things to "talk to the fed" and "read the regulations." He has absolutely no manners especially to a customer that was just a victim of fraud and I cannot believe he is allowed to deal with customers on a daily basis. He should be fired on the spot.

    Jake Hernandez helped me with my transaction and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I mistakenly gave him extra $1000 and he returned it to me right away. I realize, that most bank employees would do the same, but still it was very nice!

    Fees fees fees, do not bank here. Once a $5 service charge for 'low account balance' (under $500), which now is $12?! Come on Harris this is getting ridiculous.. I have more than enough in my Savings to avoid this fee, but because a transfer from my Checking to Savings dipped me slightly below the $500 minimun in my Checking, you slap me with a now more expensive fee? Currently looking for other banks to hold my money..
