I have found this place on eBay by receiving a notification of a new item in the section Pandora charms and I am so glad I did. The price the charm was posted was a little bit higher for me but the listing it did have a “best offer” option so I send an offer and I received a counter offer, still a little bit not in my price range , so I send the offer again and I was waiting, meantime how I saw it’s a pawn shop I started to google it and guess what I have found the store and gave them a call. The person who answered, Tom, was very very nice and polite and he was extremely helpful giving me a good deal on my Pandora charm that I wanted so much :)! Thank you so much for everything Tom , you are the BEST ! The customer service of this store was way way beyond my expectations for being a pawn shop. I have been in a couple of pawn shops and the employees there are just careless and rude, but not here , here I had the best experience ever. Nice people who work with their customers and make them happy! Good luck with your business!

I don't live in the area but Gerson understood my situation and ultimately I made 3 trips to Naperville Pawn Shop. I was treated with respect and kindness. Gerson took alot of time to research the items I needed to sell and gave me the best price he could. I'm extremely happy with Gerson and I highly recommend this pawn shop. Easily the best shop in town. We were shopping around, trying to sell a gold chain and the gentlemen at Naperville Pawn were honest, upfront and very fair in what they offered. The man doing our consultation knew that he could not match the price we wanted but he WANTED US to get what we were asking. He told us to look around and that his offer would still be there if we came back, Lo and behold, Naperville Pawn gave us by far the highest, fairest offer we received. We went back and they happily broke out the paperwork for us. I cannot sing their praises higher; if you are looking for an honest pawn shop with some incredible people behind the counter, this is the place you are looking for.

Having left a precarious situation in another state, I needed cash very quickly. I found this store for assistance and was most definitely happy that I did!! These guys are awesome. I bought two ps4 controllers from naperville pawn. Unfortunately for the life of me I couldnt connect one of the controllers to my ps4. I came back for a refund these guys were hassle free and gave me a refund no questions asked. Good relaxed vibe in the store. Have a bunch of different items for sale. I'd recommend 👌🏾

Great Service! These guys will talk to you about your product, they show you on the computer the price for what your product is selling for if they find it. I would say they’re honest people which is hard to find. Give them a try! You won’t regret it!

Came here while on an anniversary vacation. Great, personable employees, good stock (the music room upstairs with a wall of guitars is amazing!). I found a lovely necklace; same flower I had at our wedding!; for such a reasonable price. Hope to return.

My very first experience in a Pawn Shop turned out to be wonderful!! I was helped by Gerson. He was amazing and very knowledgeable in jewelry and watches and had quite the display of high end luxury shoes and purses. I will definitely will be going back!!

Tony and Tom were amazing, they are truly professional and reasonable to work with. This is the best pawn shop in the area, every other pawn shop I've gone to in Naperville hasn't been as professional as this one.

I stubbled upon Naperville Jewelry and Pawn via an eBay listing. I live 1000 miles from their location. Having several questions about the item I was interested in I contacted them directly via a phone call to their store. My initial contact was with Tom who was helpful, engaging and very friendly. I hung up the phone feeling very good about our conversation. I had to call back a few more times and most times when I called I would start with someone new. Each person was very friendly and most helpful. It was a real hoot chatting with the other staff members and I’m hoping someday to pop by in person and introduce myself. I would certainly feel quite comfortable reaching out to them again. I purchased a camera lens from there and when it arrived I was very pleased as the condition far exceeded my expectations. The lens was like new! I can’t say enough good things about the overall experience I have had dealing with them. I would encourage potential clients to feel most confident dealing with them. Great people! Lots of fun and down to earth. Thanks to Tom and the entire staff for making this such a great purchasing experience.

Trustworthy neighborhood pawn people. They loaned me this car without asking for money or collateral until I figure out if it's repairable.

Picked up a number of nice electronics from the shop over the years, always more than fair on the price and always good quality gear. Most recently got a PA system, didn't even test it out in the store. They said it works great, and that can be trusted. Sure enough, got it home, plugged it in, good as new. Great piece. Tom even helped me lug it out to the car. 5 stars, all day.

They are very nice people and I came in there the 1st time they offered me $75. So I went back a 2nd time and they offered me $80 for my wedding ring. Thank you guy's. I really appreciated it.

Going somewhere else from now on. Purchased jewelry here twice, sold once. Came in and worked out a deal but they didn't have enough to pay me out. Was told to come back tomorrow they'd have the cash. Came back and just didn't like the interaction, felt like they were wasting my time. It's too bad I like this shop. (Still leaving three stars, first few times was satisfied but not this time.)
