PNC Bank S Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills

Banks had a broken printer for a week unable to print and issue checks. Pretty sure they are closing soon too. Bank manager Bill is inept, and has no idea what he is doing.

This bank is excellent. I only come here for things that can't be completed online and my experiences have always been quick and easy. The customer service is superior. Highly recommend Jaclyn for teller services.

Awful customer service and very unprofessional. I closed an auto loan and the teller at this branch never suggested reviewing my other accounts and the impact that this loan payoff might have. 4 weeks later I went to this branch to exchange over $20 in rolled coins, and after the teller acknowledged that my checking account appeared "inactive", the teller offered me the option of depositing that money into my account rather than taking it as cash. Two months later I received a notice in the mail that the account was overdrawn! Upon further review the account had been debited over $50 in fees since I had closed my loan! I went to the branch and Lisa the branch manager refused to help reverse these fees. Thankfully after an hour on the phone, I got through to Melissa at the PNC corporate customer service who was exceptionally helpful. Melissa apologized for how the branch handled the situation, credited all of the fees and offered to close the account and mail me a cashiers check. I do not plan to return to this branch.

4 weeks after the account open no debit card received I spoke with manager to set it up and she said will have that ready for me next couple days .. costumer service they cant do any thing since ONLY at the bank !! the worst bank ever I deal with will never do any source of banking with them again

BEWARE, PNC CHARGES 2% TO CASH A CHECK DRAWN ON THEIR BANK IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. EVEN THO THE CHECK WAS FROM PNC, THEY SAID IT WAS A CURTESY THEY WERE PERFORMING BY CASHING THE CHECK. COST ME 58 DOLLARS TO CASH A CHECK FROM THEIR BANK. UNHEARD OF AND ONLY A BANK ABOUT TO LOSE ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WOULD DO SUCH AN OUTRAGEOUS THING. IM SHOCKED!! I WOULD NEVER WILLINGLY GO TO THEM, NOR wOULD I OPEN AN ACCOUNT SO THAT MY EMPLOYEES WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM IN ORDER TO CASH A CHECK. IM SERIOUSLY FLOORED ABOUT THIS. THEN THEY REFUSED ME A RECEIPT, MAKING ME THINK ITS ILLEGAL. I TURNED THEM IN TO BBB. SO EVERYONE BEWARE. FRAUD GOING ON WITH THIS INSTITUTION.!!!!!!

This is by far the best PNC Bank I've ever visited. This branch gave me a warm and welcoming feeling and made me feel like family. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I've always been pleased with PNC Bank, however this particular branch makes the experience even more rewarding for me. Special thanks to Bill -branch manager! You have an awesome team!

It is my hope that this review would cause this bank's business to corrode to the point of a location closing the people that run this location of PNC Bank are not in touch with reality and seem to me like they need professional psychiatric help unintelligent and rude to the point of it just being a mind-boggling experience I would love to go into details but I think I would run out of breath before I could tell you about everything that was wrong with the people that work at this location of PNC Bank do not go inside this Bank do not use their drive-thru do not even glance towards that direction when you're driving by on Rochester road that is my best advice absolutely ridiculous and as far as the manager Bill who doesn't like anybody to know that he's even there maybe he should stay behind the scenes because when he appears out of mid-air it's kind of eerie after you were told there was nobody there by that name or even a male employee I do not being lied to write in my face by people that are supposed to be professionals absolutely disgusting and appalling behavior on the employees inside of this Bank on 12 13 2021 absolutely appalling

Have had good experiences here with tellers the rare times I dont bank online or use app. Had appointment with Jennifer who was great and added a lot of value in checking and saving recommendations and infomarmation.

Drive thru only for now due to Covid. I think you can make special appointments for loans etc indoors

Excellent place all around. Everyone super friendly and fast - quality place to bank.
