The PNC branch at 5001 Peach St. really frustrates me. They used to have withdrawal tickets out in the lobby. I would take a few so I could fill them out prior to going to the bank thus saving me time and hassle of doing it there. Now you have to get them from the teller and fill them out on the spot. I was told it was a security reason so someone else couldn't withdraw money from your account if you lost the filled in ticket. BULL !! Don't they ask you for ID ? Why is it the same way with deposit tickets ? I am able to get withdrawal tickets from other branches. Not from this one. I go there because it's close to home. I'm considering leaving PNC and going to the Erie Federal Credit Union at 3503 Peach St. They don't inconvenience the customer....

this was not the bank that was featured on the Netflix series "Evil Genius". That PNC Bank location closed and is now UPMC Urgent Care South at 7200 Peach St. if you're looking for the location where the standoff occured it's the drive next to Eyeglass World at 7360 Peach St.

This branch in a nutshell is the reason why traditional banks are dying. This place is horrendous.

Gave this branch one star a year ago and today give it zero stars!!!!! So sick and tired of being told to get my change from the ATM.. Theres no deposit or withdrawal slips available at the customer counter, one teller is always snotty with my Mom and today I was told I wasn't allowed to sit in the branch and wait for my ride.. I had to wait outside in the cold with a bad back.. I had my mask on and wasn't around anyone either!!! Horrible customer service at this branch on the corner of Peach and West Gore!

This is a nice bank, this is not the one Brain Wells robbed, that was at 7200 Peach Street where UPMC Urgent Care is now.

This is not the PNC bank from Evil Genius. It was (now closed) further south on Peach Street, by Interstate 90.
