Northwest Bank Liberty St, Erie

I needed a statement of balance on the mortgage for my second home held by this bank in order to refinance my first home. The agent I spoke to initially refused to send it to me and, after repeated phone calls someone finally did send it but they did not send the proper form electronically, instead I had to wait for snail mail. Except for the excellent work of an agent at.the bank I was refinancing my first home with the deal would have fell though and I would have ended up paying a higher rate. Absolutely do not deal with this bank! They will let you down when you need them the most.

Sometimes very slow drive through in Erie. No one can go inside, their drive-through is busy a lot. Going inside works much better. Help with special issues is always timely.

Turned in husband's safety deposit box and had to pay for whole year, even after I explained I was recovering from surgery and could not get here to turn in the keys.

Some of their policies are VERY inconvenient. Have more trust in your customers.

HIRE PEOPLE . The slowest archaic banking out there. Wish I would've mortgaged somewhere else .

I call this bank often with any issues I have, and they have always been kinder and more helpful than any location I have dealt with before. Recently, Sam (above and beyond in his excellent customer service) helped with my panic and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this location even if you had issues at other Northwest Banks.

I am surprised at negative comments. I have never had a bad experience with this bank. They are always friendly and assist me with my questions with pleasant attitudes always.

Slowest place. Drivethru is so slow...they should hire more ppl to make it faster what ashame

ATMs are always out of order and the bank manager at the Liberty branch is a pompus, abrasive clown.

Very friendly staff. Lower wait times (it seems)
