PNC Bank W Emaus Ave, Allentown

I call and I was hold for 25 minutes I’m was driving there I got there and she say I don’t have any else to help and hang up the phone the worst customer service ever I will never got back to branch I work hsbc bank in nyc and if I have done something like this I will not have a job I will not recommend pnc bank and I’m a customer for more 15 yrs Please don’t care about this branch anymore

Great service. The branch manager, Jessica was extremely helpful. We came to pick up a cheque ready loan. She helped us through the process, coordinated with the loan closing group to help us get it the same day. We were able to buy our car that day!

I had a great overall experience with PNC for the several years I been with them. They are so helpful and very resourceful. Alberto did a really good job with me he’s the man

Every visit, since moving to the Allentown area last year, has been excellent. The help the manager, Jessica, provided with loan transfers was made easy. A very approachable lady. Thank you to her and all the staff.

Staff was very helpful and bent over backwards to answer my questions. Jessica the manager was very concerned and sincere and treated me personal respect and professionalism.

Stood in the vestibule with it being 90+ degrees outside while only 1 teller was working. Helping some young suit who stood around looking quite comfortable as the staff laughed and chatted with him. The line is up to 3 people and the wait is over 30 minutes.

I attempted to cash a check yesterday. The same exact way I cashed multiple previous checks. All of a sudden my credit card was not accepted for a proper form of Id. The branch manager (African American lady with corn rows) was very rude. I cashed my check today at a sister branch. The sister branch confirmed I was correct in using the proper identification. I will be calling corporate and reporting this when I have the time available.

I have been a pnc bank customer for over 5 years. I love this company and they run their banking phenomenally. BUT I would a avoid this bank like the plague unless you are simply using the atm. They are rude and rather unhelpful. I had saved a good bit of change and was trying to deposit it into my account and was told that could not be done unless I wrapped my money. So she hands me the papers, does NOT offer to help even though the bank was completely empty, points to a table in the back and say you can sit there. I asked if there was a bank that had the money machine. She said she didn't know the hours or where they were. Then I sit down and she says, "You can't sit at this table, you have to sit at that one." This is after I sat down and started trying to put coins in the wrapping paper. I don't feel the need to ever use this branch again. Absolutely rude and unhelpful.

I went to deposit a payroll check to this branch and i ask the teller to make funds avaliable, she say no, i ask her to call. The bank to confirm that funds were avaliable she say no i told her that she cant put a hold on a payroll check according to fdic she still put a one day hold i don't know if it's this particular branch but they were rude the teller give me attitude, roll her eyes at me and after the inconvenience she didn't even apologize she just turn her head and keep on walking horrible customer service
