PNC Bank Nashville Ave, Lubbock

Absolutely stay away from this bank. Bbva was great and the people were great as well but since the buy out we’ve had nothing but issues they are short staffed because they had an entire branch of employees walk out so you can’t go in the bank and the lines around the building at times to get to the teller window because of how many issues everyone is having. Save yourself massive heartache and lost sleep by staying as far away from this bank as possible.

Is this place even open? I’m currently on hold for the 4th time calling. Now for almost 15 minutes without any response or even a recording. It says may hear only silence until someone can get to the call but this is ridiculous. I’m hoping they redeem themselves once they answer. Just read reviews that were great. I will update if they ever answer the phone.

Long story short, Stephany and Jennifer at the branch saved the day! Many Thank You's to you both. They stayed on top of things and followed up with their corporate office multiple times to facilitate a request. Thank you to BBVA, soon to be PNC bank, they made it happen. Saved a lot of headaches. You both are the best!

Left me on hold for over an hour without a single person informing me of how much longer it would take. I'm switching banks after this.

The customer service doesn't help or care about you and the branch manager don't have any time for you at all

The women that worked in the office and teller area were very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. Stephanie was the woman that helped me and she answered all my questions and was very welcoming to solving any issues I was having. I am glad that this experience went so well because I’ve been having a hard time dealing with BBVA online and on the phone ever since I was forcibly switched to BBVA when Simple closed. This visit definitely gave me a better outlook on using this bank!

Worst experience ever setting up a business account. Go to CitiBank instead!!! Worked with S., I gave her all of the information she wanted to set up the business checking account. Waited a week for a call back, then she delayed the appointment twice because of illness. My appointment should have been transferred to a different rep instead of her canceling the appointment. Then when I finally get an appointment in person, she shares too much personal information, admits she has no clue what she is doing (but don’t worry a rep will help her... they did not), and then proceeds to freak out when something was “wrong” with the credit check. She said it was likely fraud and I needed to get it checked out ASAP. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my credit. But I wasted an afternoon figuring that out. Complete waste of time. Citibank set it up with so much less pain and hassle. I used to work at Amarillo National Bank and I know nothing like this would happen there either.

I’ve tried to call this branch 4 times today to schedule an appointment with a banker, and each time I was left on hold for more that 20-25 minutes waiting in silence to be connected with staff member. This is unacceptable.

I love this bank! Jen is always professional and Great too work with.
