Estrada Banker on University had a diplomacy problem. Teresa Gallegos was neither a banker or teller. A report for identity theft. Accounts closed because I can’t manage them, although I am able. Caught guilty of switching parties, requesting my information. Phone calls don’t work. SGA Front Desk is disabled and sick. She can read. She can’t accommodate. I’m sorry. Request: expired time.

I been with this bank over 20 years already but now m a give up be cuz they do all kind stupid right now been canceled both buissiness and checking account hope they all customers leaving to another bank is better like bank of America

This places is shady! Not only do They charge is you don’t have money in your account they won’t cash out a check THEY banked. We sold our car to CarMax and they paid us with a check banked through wellsfargo and they said we have to take it to our bank who said they’ve never heard that before. I’m like “ya, me neither!” I worked part time at United supermarket And they don’t have checks anymore it’s only direct deposit so they insisted that I open one up with Wells Fargo since it’s in the same grocery store. Broke 19 year old I never had extra money so my account was always $0-$10 by the end of the week but never overdrafts. But if I had less than $5 in my account they charge a fee. $800 worth of fees in 3 months!!!! Cheaper that I don’t go to work.

Been coming to Wells Fargo on 82nd street Lubbock Texas for over a year, business lane and all the drive throughs take up to 1 hour AT LEAST. My personal bank, happy state bank, takes 5 mins.What the heck is WRONG with people figuring out a simple a** process for the drive through?!?! Lord have mercy!!!! MEGAN as well stated she didn’t care that we had to wait as long as we did, and said she didn’t care if we ever came back or not and got extremely unprofessional IN THE BUSINESS LANE. People have businesses to run and families to take care of. This is unheard of!!! Excuses and justifying this bullcrap and INSULTING people is NOT the way to go. I strongly suggest people go to a different bank.

Impossible to get service, only certain people can assist with questions, ATM's never work. I know this is not how Wells Fargo is supposed to operate on a national scale, however the Lubbock branches don't meet company/customer expectations. I moved my mortgages and now closing all of my accounts after 16 years. I recommend First Bank and Trust if you are looking to open a new account.

Everyone has been so kind and there are always plenty of tellers. I switched from another bank and they consistently had only 1 teller. We would be lined up outside. I’ve also researched banks before I switched and Wells Fargo was the by far the most solid.

Phone rings and rings call finally switched to the auto service feature, not a person, and not a voice mail. There appear to be no people, no customer service, no voice mail no response to emails (doug). The response I get to email is that doug is off today and he will contact you later - but he does not. Manager Karrie Jones is not available either, because no one answer the phone and there is not voice mail.
