Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 82nd St, Lubbock

No wonder why Bank of America has so few stars. I was told that I would have to “pay a FEE” to cash a Bank of America check since I did not have an account with them. FYI BofA… the person who wrote me the check has an account. They promised to pay me X amount of $$$ No more, NO LESS! If you can’t keep that promise you should not be in business.

Valerie has helped me twice. She was polite, patience, and very helpful. I needed a document in one day which was almost impossible and she accomplished that goal immediately. I am so thankful to her. She is a type of person that each bank must have.

The functionality of the ATM and the Mobile app are awesome! However, if you ever have to go inside, you better not be in a hurry, because they struggle to take care of ANYTHING in a timely manner.

Lazy people They should be embarrassed and ashamed. Knowing my husband was from out of town refused to change his pin code made us go to other branch that was rude and that branch sent us back. Lazy lazy lazy. To top it off I have a service animal and these people need to be fired and their branches restore tured. I would never ever ever act like that. Are u a bank or are u a high school when house? Might get ur employees to work instead of gossiping in the hen house cuz people like me and mine have to go to work and don't got time for your drama. Hope the president of the company sees this and fires you all might wanna b thankful that u don't work for me

It's not exactly THIS Bank of America but all of them in general. I would not bank here. They will charge you a "Monthly Maintenance Fee" if you don't have money in your account. I had like a dollar in mine and was charged. So essentially they are penalizing you for not having money. It's terrible. I'm switching to Chime or anywhere that doesn't do this. It's absolutely ridiculous. Also, getting rid of the drive thru windows was a bad idea since we're now in the Covid era.

They don’t cash change , they close for snow , they don’t answer phones, tellers are always rude (except Kim she’s always pleasant) and everyone that works in the side offices seem to just be messaging around talking every time I’m in here . I was second in line for a deposit and it took an hour. Will be closing accounts and going back to my old bank even though it’s out of state. That’s how bad they are.

Valerie Olughlin is the manager of this branch and she is so incredibly rude I was forced to take my business to another branch. Unfortunately, now that branch is closed because of covid so im forced to deal with her. Good Luck!

Do not trust this bank! First of all if something goes through the account and you tell them to not let it go through they let it go through anyways regardless if you have money in your account first of all secondly when you call to straighten things out the bankers over the phone are rude so is management and you tell them reverse charges that you didn't have money to cover it to begin with then they let your account get hacked and when you try to straighten that out they laugh at you basically and refuse to help you. I've had so many problems with this bank and soon as I know all of my finances are switched to my new account I will be closing my account and never coming back period!!! Would not recommend this bank to anyone very rude and unprofessional as well as poor management. I wish there was an option for 0 stars bc this bank does not even receive 1 star.

This bank honestly does not even deserve 1 star. EVERYTIME I go the tellers take so long and make you wait in line an extra 5 minutes after each customer so they can catch up or do whatever they need to before helping someone. The lady when you walk in can help do stuff like foreign currency but she CHOOSES not to help and sends them to the teller. Management needs to fix this place. Seriously. DO not recommend. Time to change banks, they don't care about their customers.
