I went in for a loan today and they are under new management her name was Jera Lopez and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very nice and sweet and made everything simple as possible for me. I was in and out with little time. I recommended y'all go and see her!

Wow! Is all I can say.. I'm trying to re establish myself and credit and the Manager went out her way to make things possible for me. There is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. There is good people still out there. Bless you kind manager! Keep it going.

I have been there a few times to get a loan. All the employees are very nice and helpful. Isaac is always a great help he makes sure everything is explained properly and that all my questions have been answered

One of the worst experiences ever using check n go. My payment came due when I was out if town. I called to make a payment but their computer kicked me out so I contacted the office and paid over the I phone. The same day check n go drafted a payment out my account. When my account reflected two payments I contacted 50th street branch Mgr Jeri was not in so her assistant informed me to call on Monday. I visited the office Monday waited 45 minutes for manager only to hear she could not assist and I needed to take to my bank. Visited my bank they would not refund my money. This was unacceptable and I visited check n go twice my back three or four times. File a claim it took 3 months to get my refund from my bank. I will never do business with then again. Manager was not friendly and she was rude and very smart. Do not use them.

Mark has been nothing but very professional to the McHaney family. He is the most kind and courteous person that uses his professionalism to the utmost. Never has been rude in any way and makes it a point to know the people by their name and greet them as soon we walk in the door .My husband and I rate him a 10. Thanks for what you do Marcos.

Very friendly and helpful and courteous they processed everything quickly and efficiently the funds go on to a net spend card and you're able to use anywhere MasterCard is excepted or transfer to your bank account.

Jera is awesome. She made sure she was fair with my incomes. Very professional and super friendly!
