Wow I had no idea banking could be this easy! Made appointment online this morning for 4:00p to establish accounts and everything done by 4:30. A financial institution that has embraced technology and made it friendly to use for all. Aaron was great!

Edit: My card was declined from various stores, despite sufficient funds. It read as invalid at the ATM. I requested a new card, but my request could not be fulfilled without my member number; they couldn't look me up by name, number, or SSN. They had emailed me all the documents as I requested to be paperless, but the emails contained no information. I had to wait weeks to get help because they do not offer 24/7 support and I work normal business hours. I tried to explain what was happening, but the lady kept interrupting me, so I just closed it. It was such a pleasant experience to open the account, and the banking concept is amazing, but there were too many inconveniences for me. I applied for my free account online and was accepted within a couple of days. All the forms were electronic so I didn't even have to leave my house! I went to this location to pick up my card, although you can receive it by mail, and it was pretty neat! The place was modern and clean, and everyone was friendly. Instead of banking with tellers in person in front of a line of strangers, there are private rooms where transactions can be made via touch-screen and video. I felt safe knowing my info and personal business was private, and that the tellers were safe from harm.

Had a great experience financing our auto loan through TTUFC. David Vasquez made everything smooth and simple, and was able to get us a reasonable monthly payment. Will be looking forward to business with him in the future.

Outstanding, went in as a member of a different bank. Watched as the bankers quickly helped out my roommate and was impressed so much by the way he was treated, I opened an account and became a member. Great service and people.

The only personal service you will get here is when you open your account. After that you are on your own. Sorriest credit union I have ever dealt with. They have become very proficient at saying "sorry for your inconvenience". I've heard it for the last time. Account closed. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I purchased a vehicle through my phone and did not even have to come in for anything. Everything was done within a couple hours. They were not pushy about anything nor did they try to sell me anything that i did not need/want. Definitely will be back.

It was SO easy to get financing for our new (to us!) car! David Vasquez was fantastic and made the process super simple. The interest rate on the loan is very low, and they were so easy to work with. I would definitely look into TTFCU as an alternative to other banks!

The friendliest folks in town? Maybe. I'm pleasantly greeted every time I walk into the place. They offer great products and treat their members really well.

I went in earlier this afternoon and the lady working the front was the sweetest. She helped me out right away and was just so nice. I really appreciate her customer service.
