PNC Bank AL, Spanish Fort

Worst bank ever. Get more staff. I understand being understaffed and shorthanded, but I tried to use the services offered to me on the app to save everyone time, but PNC app doesn't work properly. Having to wait over 40 minutes to make a withdrawel for my money is ridiculous. Also not having the proper staff on the clock. The reason I couldn't get my money is because the teller wasn't authorized to give me that amount. I had to wait for somebody to get off of lunch. Not to mention the lobby full of disgruntled people behind me in line. I miss BBVA. We will be switching banks ASAP.

I was a BBVA customer. PNC took over BBVA Compass. I went into the bank after the take over. I needed a guaranteed signature. The bank was packed and this was on a Tuesday. It was total chaos. When someone finally asked what I needed, I told him that I needed a medallion stamp for guaranteed signature. He walked away from me and went outside. He came back a few minutes later and said he left his stamp at home?!?! I called today to see if he had his stamp and waited on hold for 35 minutes and no one ever picked up so I went back today and the lobby was full waiting on someone to help them. There was no one there that could do the service I needed. I'm about to change banks.

I love PNC! I have been with them for a long time! They are always helpful and kind. They answer all questions and have great customer service. They do not have fees like other banks.

There is no PNC here. It's just a Claire's now.

Their merger of BBVA Compass into PNC Bank, and the subsequent consolidation of the branch locations, has created a customer service nightmare. They don't answer their phone - I spent over 20 minutes trying to get through - and their online banking system won't recognize my credentials. I'm giving up on this bank and opening an account with a credit union.

Horrible services. After BBVA was bought out by PNC the customer services are the worst I have ever seen. They won't answer calls , sat in the lobby for almost 3 hrs to get help. I have closed all of my busniess accounts and personal. I wish I didn't nave to give them 1star

Absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. If you need to talk to the manager about anything good luck.
