My husband and I worked with Frank Fletcher to refinance our home and it was a great experience. Frank was very responsive, was patient with our seemingly endless questions, and he was able to time the closing so that we didn't have to pay our mortgage for 2 mos (what a nice surprise!). His rates were also unbeatable. We looked into refinancing with the lender that we used to buy the house, and they even told us that AMIC's rate/costs were amazing and they would not be able to beat them. This company, like many others, pulls public records of home sales and then mails those people (me) marketing to make people call and try to refinance their mortgage so that they can earn a profit. I find that tactic greedy, unethical, and confusing.
