PNC Bank St Georges Ave, Avenel

This place is horrible pnc bank is horrible they charged me a 36 overdraft fee when I had a free overdraft till December 20th so they shouldn't have charged me never was on my online bank and I looked and never said I was over draft never even showed me the overdraft fee I called somebody who's supposed to call me nobody still hasn't called me and it's been 4 days this is ridiculous I'm about to switch banks PNC is not to be trusted. The lady I spoke with was so rude didn't help me at all I am switching to another bank. PNC BANK STINKS!!!!

Worst bank ever horrible customer service, they will take ur money but won’t let u withdraw ur own money because u don’t have ur primary id on u ridiculous

New Jersey Child Support Program should not do business with PNC Bank. The branch in Avenel, NJ refuses to acknowledge the program by refusing to transact with the debit cards issued to patrons by the program (State of New Jersey). The branch tellers and managers would always say the machine that permits the withdrawal of funds is "out of service". That excuse (lie) has been going on for over a month. The offering of that excuse (lie) may also be a form of deterrent for a "particular" group of patrons which is a form of prejudice being exerted by the branch employees and respectively by association the bank's brand as a whole . The government really needs to investigate the operations of said bank. If anyone else has witnessed a possible form of prejudice, he/she should not be discouraged; it should be reported accordingly.

The branch manager Mike is a no good uneducated man child. I wanted to speak with him on several occasions about on issue on my account and he was not even willing to speak with me about a solution. What's the point of having a branch if you cannot even speak to your customers about an issue on their account, for better or worst, it's your job to do so. The tellers are ok but I'm sure that working under Mike must not be a good 8 hour work day over there. Branch deserves one star for customer service based on my several experiences with Mike.

The customer service at this branch is excellent. Sahil and staff helped with an issue and made it easy for me.I stopped banking with PNC over a year ago but would bank with this branch because of Sahils customer service

I made an appointment to get some time sensitive paperwork from this branch and was able to make an appointment the same day. I've talked to Claudia on the phone prior to my appointment and was able to meet with her inside the bank as well. This women oozes out positivity and professionalism and she did everything in her power to help me make sure I got the paper work before I left that day. Claudia went above and beyond for the customer and for that I believe she deserves the highest level of customer service praise! Thank you Claudia!!!

This bank is a joke! Been here for 30 minutes and no one actually say “ hi how are you sir, what can I help you with “ I work for customer service my self and if the people here can’t do the basics “ of customer service “ than don’t you shouldn’t be working here. The manager here is also a joke! “ bad customer service = closing my account it’s that simple, there are multiple banks that I can go to that will actually greet me! Also if are the type to read reviews than take your time to read them because people are talking about the worst customer service here

I did an appointment to open a business account and at the scheduled time I was there. Mr. Daniel did not take the time to see me. He just gets my document from a guy in the main entrance and after 1 minute or less this guy come back and said to me that my account could not be opened. He did not explain anything about what I needed to do, only sent a message from the internshiper

I went to go put money into my account and I had a few coin rolls rolled and I went to go ask if I can get bills instead of the rolls and the lady closed the door and locked it as I was trying to open the door and started talking about me right at the door to an employee thinking I didn't hear her and I had my 3 in a half year old daughter with me and they got her all upset!! I will never ever go to this PNC Branch ever again!!!!!!!

Had nothing but issues at this bank. From not closing cards we requested closed to removing me off my account on accident to many fraudulent activity not taken care of...
