Bish is great at his job. As soon as I told him I was looking for a house he sent me a pre-approval letter within 5 minutes. As a realtor I would never allow my seller to accept a buyer with a preapproval from Bish's company. It is a weak approval. They do not vet their buyers properly, Bish told a buyer who was under contract to not move forward with his home inspection. Buyer did not call inspector or agent to let them know he was not moving forward. Not Bish's place. Maybe he should not have issued a preapproval if his client wasn't qualified.

Recently, I refinanced my home mortgage with Lion mortgage. To be honest, I was very reluctant to go with Bish in the beginning in spite of lot of high recommendation from my friends and neighbors. Started out first with my current existing mortgage company who gave me a closing cost that took my principal by more than 17 K (which was crazy) and I was not looking for any cash on my equity. Went with Bish and he got my principal on the mortgage down by 3K and gave me a good interest rate that brought my interest down by more than a percent on a 20 yr mortgage (This took 7 years off my existing mortgage!!!). His closing cost is minimal and he is very prompt in answering all the questions you might have. Don't know how he does his magic but I highly recommend BISH!!!
