usually good with what I do here. I work in the area and I stop by here almost every week to deposit money. Now I have the workers here asking me 21 questions while Im depositing money or asking for change for the store I work at. I didnt know it was bank policy to ask their customers why they need change or why they are asking for a roll of quarters. When you go to a bank you expect to give dollars in exchange for coins, not be interrogated by the branch workers.

Never give a one star review for any Bank or merchandise. Very uncomfortable experience with this bank. The employee (not call her name, she looks like a small leader there) is not professional and very rude to customer. Because I complain the bad service, when I left the bank, she follow me, press my back. Ever after I ask her don't touch me, she still shamelessly follow me. When this happened, almost no other customer is there.

Veronica and Kelly are the absolute worst. I had fraud on my account and they are doing little to nothing to fix this issue. I don’t feel my money is safe here anymore. And will be canceling my account. I also will be going up the chain and contacting who we need to contact to get these issues fixed.

Surprised at the low scores. I use this bank for work. Every employee I've come in contact with has been nothing but super nice.. they even give my dog treats when I go through the drive up!

I absolutely love this PNC branch. I've worked with about 6 staff members now on the phone and in person in the past few months and all of them have been extremely helpful and kind. I ask a lot of them and they always come through for me. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful "small" bank experience with such a huge bank - it's all because of the staff members here! Thank you!

I'm fairly confident a pregnant woman on welfare accomplishes more work in a day than these schmucks.
