Went above and beyond what they need to do. They didnt have the plate stickers for 2022 anymore and she did it online for me. 10/10 Very nice people.

I went to Willowbrook Currency Exchange hoping for a better experience than I had at the Westmont Currency Exchange. I bought a car from New York and their paperwork of course looks different than Illinois paperwork. I needed to pay the Illinois taxes and get my license plates and registration. At the Westmont Currency Exchange their tunnel vision view of how to help me was basically telling me they don't know how to handle paperwork from New York and my New York title must look like the Illinois title or they couldn't help me. Well obviously the New York title looks different so neither the counter woman or her manager figured out how to help me. It felt like they didn't care to think how to fix my issue, were lazy and not very knowledgeable. But when I met Jackie at Willowbrook Currency Exchange not only was she very friendly and patient, she asked her manager how to handle my paperwork and her manager within 5 seconds verified it was ok for her to continue the process to get my plates and registration. Those are people that know what they are doing. A few questions arose where I had to contact the dealer on the phone but Jackie was patient and waited while I got the answers she needed. In the end, Jackie thought outside the box, was patient, kind, willing to help and was a lifesaver as I was dreading that if Willowbrook Currency Exchange couldn't help me I would have to go to the dreaded DMV! Thank you so much, Jackie, for helping me out and not having me waste a Saturday at the DMV!

I went here to register my vehicle and get personalized collegiate plates. Edith was very helpful, friendly and approachable. She even turned her screen to explain the state and local fees/taxes. Good hours, great service. Thanks Edith!

Came in as soon as I got out of work almost closing time to get plates for a truck I purchased earlier in the day. Edith is the professional that helped me she was fantastic!!! she explained the fees and procedures and made sure I had no questions before I left .... great customer service!

Got a quote from Brookfield currency exchange to cash a check fee would be $155. I’m down the block from this place figured I’d see their rates. Guy sad $177. I said Brookfield is at $155 I’m down the block from you would rather give you the business. If you can do it for $150 I’ll come by. (Even if they would’ve matched the $155 I would have gave them the business) Guy called owner who said they can’t do it for a first time customer. Terrible business sense. Now you have a zero time customer. Didn’t make an easy $150 and have a bad google review. Yikes. Avoid this place. High fees. Bad ownership.

Edith and Brian at this currency exchange couldn’t have been nicer! I went in to buy a sticker for my car and we had the most pleasant conversation and Edith gave me helpful tips on how to apply the sticker in cold weather! We talked about our new year eve plans and it was as if we were old friends! I’d recommend this currency exchange above any other I have been to !

Edith is very professional but the old man is rude and needs a shower. He’s been working at this place for quite sometime and still doesn’t know what he’s doing. I hate going to his window because I know he’ll take 15 minutes for every transaction that you bring in. So if I’m paying Comed and cashing a check, there goes a half hour of my day. I drive the 15 minutes to Woodridge Currency Exchange just to avoid having to smell like dirty socks from being inside willowbrook currency exchange
