This company is not an honest company. They are foreigners and they will lie to you in a second. I have a spine injury and couldn't even walk. Was out of work for a month and a half. I spoke with them and we talked about me selling my truck or if I got better what would be my options. They said get a statement from my Doctor and then they would help me. I did and they didn't. They lied to me straight up. Don't trust these people! They're finance charges are too high anyway. As you can see by their online low ratings that they don't care what kind of bad business they do anyway. If they don't care about fixing their bad online ratings you know they're not going to care about you the customer.

Worst company ever DONT USE THEM!!! They lie very nasty its been over 2 months and I still don't have a title to run my truck yet they are harrasing me for a payment. They said the requested info for my title and said i never responded but sent me the email with my response on it smdh worst experience ever. They don't supply you with a approved agreement so you can actually change the prices to what you want sign only your signature matter. and they don't have to sign and send you anything back.

Listen! Don’t do it!!!! Run! They are not 2 stars for nothing. They do not answer or return calls at all. You will not be able to get factoring with any factoring company without paying Compass a minimum of $2500. That’s if your truck it worth more than you owe. They put theirselves 1st on UCC. Read their contract get an attorney too. I will never never deal with them again. They will not get another red cent of interest from my company. So if I can’t get factoring to get paid from load how do they expect you to pay them? Why would I have to pay for you to move into the 2nd place UCC? It’s crazy. It’s sick and it’s a set up.

I deal them and I make every month payment 1587$ I get accident my truck was total lost my insurance pay their balance money they took and still they a keeping title and they don’t want explain me.no respect for the business no customer service they Will not respect people’s make them happy. one months And some days I’m waiting title. Because my insurance they need to receive title and give me. my balance money

Financed a used truck through them. Its been over 30 days and I still can't get the paperwork to register my truck. Dealer tags expired, now its just an expensive yard ornament.

If you’re trying to get financing this is not the company. Christine has the worst customer service they should fire her right now. Been with them for 3 years I will NEVER do business with them again

Everyone has different Circumstances. I am a A Retired VET just returned from Afghanistan in Dec. All though I had a good Credit Scores. The Banks would not help me out do to me starting my Own Business back in Nov. The Customer Service Reps that called worked with me and were very Professional. I wasn't Happy with the Interest Rate but they helped me.with no Early Pay Penalties. I know moving.Forward if I need them it will be better. All I can say is Thanks for helping get Parrish Family Trucking LLC off the Ground when the my Banks Turned me down

I get the impression their payment center does not understand the regulations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, nor do they understand how to read a calendar. The reps are willing to yell, even use profane language at the customer, over accounts that show as current. They are willing to aggressively claim that there is an active repo order and demand $900 to cancel that order, which would be in violation of their own agreement. When you are able to make a point to them, "I'll have to check on repo order and call you back." They never call back and the said repo order is not valid anyway. I believe they are deliberately trying to get accounts into default. If there was a negative rating system, that would certainly be my choice. Even 1 star is way too much.....

Excellent financial company for my customers who are purchasing trucks. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers get the best financing possible. I definitely recommend this company!

During COVID-19 they didn’t postponed the payment even a month.the financial specialist has no politeness to deal with customer,
