I stopped in this little pawn show with little to no expectations. I was looking for a laptop for my son and they had 8 to 10 to choose from. Izzy and Edwyn were amazing. They were able to explain what I needed and I walked out buying a gaming laptop for myself as well. I appreciate the fact that they were very competitive with pricing. I Will be back.

These guys really take good care of there customers. Went in to sell some old gold jewelry and they made sure I got the best price, and that my pieces were actually gold. I would definitely go back, and even if you aren’t selling or pawning Izzy was very helpful getting me the right information.

Edwin West and Yesenia Ayala are absolutely wonderful at Sterling Knight I was able to walk in do my shopping pick up my merchandise and pick up new merchandise with the knowledge that there is no interest layaway for 10 months I will definitely be back and recommend this store highly.

The team at the Hinsdale location have always been friendly, fair and accommodating. They're not too busy to take extra time to answer any questions. Selling family items can be emotional...but they are always respectful and understanding. 5 stars!

I have sold items at this location a couple of times. Staff, especially Ismael Laboy and Edwin West, have been respectful, informative and efficient. They inspire trust. I felt I got fair value for my things.

The two gentlemen are both very knowledgeable and give amazing deals on both buying and selling, very willing to negotiate on price. Also, have the ability to create, fix, and replace jewelry. Take this shop over any Jewelry store. Go Spend $500 at Zales or Macy’s and you’ll have a semi real piece that’s nice, but truly worth $75 and a very angry wife or girlfriend. Go with S. Knight

I’m baffled this place has so many good reviews maybe I just got a bad salesman. Brought in a ring worth $4,300.00 with certification and everything the guy offered me $200.00 and said I should sell with him because nobody is going to offer me more than $160.00 for a $4,300.00 ring!! This place is a total scam!!

Great experience! I visited and was offered a fair price for some jewelry I did not like anymore. As soon as I was about to leave, I decided to spend all of my newly acquired cash on a designer bag. Service was great, and I was greeted and taken care or in a professional and kind manner.

Sold estate jewelry and coins. They took the time to walk me through pricing and testing so I know I wasn’t being ripped off. Nice people to deal with. Didn’t need an appointment. I walked in off the street and they helped me right away. While there I was so tempted to buy a few stunning pieces they had available

To be honest everyone I have worked with there have been great too! They are very caring people and VERY customer satisfaction oriented. Great Place to do business with. Not your typical pawnshop. Excellent customer service. My one and only shop to get the best deals on Jewelry and Electronics. They are very honest, trustworthy, and go out of their way to help you out with your needs, especially if you are trying to get to a certain loan amount. Don't waste your time with other places. Sterling and Knight Hinsdale really operates like a full service jewelry store, not like a pawn shop. Edwin is awesome to deal with. I also had the pleasure to communicate with Jeff Tichelar, who also has 2 books there that he published, I enjoyed both! I had a ring from a previous marriage that I sold there along with my gold bracelet was repaired. I had batteries replaced in 2 of my watches too! Great customer service...
