PNC Bank John R Rd, Madison Heights

Been a member for years. Someone stole $300 and when I went in to get a new card they helped me and explained what to do (but also that it could just be automatically fixed-and it was!) Literally a 5 minute fix, all thanks to Sally and her team!

I came on here the other day to write a negative review like all the others before me about how they removed their drive up ATM. Then I decided to talk to them first and instead found out that someone had stolen the ATM, the bank didn't remove it. I'm glad I didn't leave a nasty review without first looking into the situation. They seem to be doing the best they can given the situation.

One of the tellers gave my license and my debit card to another woman in the drive thru today. There was no manager or supervisor available. When I went inside they were all extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I suffer from severe anxiety an after having a panic attack inside the bank and trying to explain that, the woman they gave my card to finally called the bank. When I met her out in the parking lot she told me that they put it in her envelope with her money and her card and ID and when she explained that on the phone they argued with her and told her she was lying. I went back in to talk to this woman and she was making fun of my anxiety and talking about it with other customers. I made a complaint with corporate, who took this very seriously, but wanted to make a review to warn people about this branch.

This branch has made an incredible turn around in customer service. A year ago, I was so upset & vowed not to ever go back. Today, the staff knowledgeable, friendly & courteous . Well done PNC!

Why would they take their drive-through ATM away? So during a pandemic and the winter they want people to get out of their cars and gather inside their tiny vestibule just to use the ATM?

Apparently if you want to take more than $3,000 dollars cash of your own money out you have to give them a one weeks heads up. This is the second time having issues with pnc and getting my cash out.

Most friendliest Staff around!! They are extremely helpful no other bank like this branch has gone above and beyond to help me with different issues and they are always happy to help assist me no matter the situation. Tanya and Andrew are absolutely amazing helping me with my daily deposits. Kurt has helped me upgrade my account to maximize my benefits. Hayden helped out with my retirement plan and Sally and Elteva have beautiful smiles and friendly attitude every time I walk in. I would give more stars if I could!!

I have gone to this bank since I moved here. I've had all friendly encounters with the staff and no problems with the outdoor atm. That was until today. I withdrew money and the atm refused to give me back my card and was ready to accept a new card. I panicked and had my sister walk into the building to ask for assistance. They shrugged and said there was nothing that could have been done. I went into the building waiting for help and waited patiently for a clerk to open. As I was about to walk to the open clerk I was told by a staff member they knew my situation and told me to sit down in the lobby and wait while they tendered the 6 people behind me. I was fuming because I was terrified my card would be taken out of the outdoor atm and someone could have stolen it. As luck would have it a total stranger walked into the building and handed me my card. The atm would not accept his card but gave him mine. If he was a stranger who wanted my money I would have been broke and the bank would have done nothing. I'm angry because after waiting I was shrugged off like it was no big deal. There were about 4 to 5 other cars going to the outdoor atm and anyone of them could have taken my card and stolen my money. I wanted to post this and warn people.

worse customer service in this branch.Teller was unprofessional .i wanted to withdraw my money but she act like that she just didn't want to give my money.i am a pnc customer been 12 years.very disappointed with this branch.

Hate everytime I had to come to this branch. And now they remove the drive-thru atm. Rude customer service.
