David Arce - State Farm Insurance Agent E 12 Mile Rd, Madison Heights

Been with this agency for 5 plus years. They cancelled my policies while paid for it. When questioned the agent/Office Manager about the cancellation, I was given answers that they do not know or take any accountabilities for. This has happened more than one time. They basically neglected their business, duties of valuing their customers. This is an unprofessional insurance agent. I do not recommend anybody to come do business at this agency. I was told by State Farm Corporate to be transfer to another respectful State Farm agency. I hope this help you all. For your information David Arce's agency, I had replied in a timely manner with your agency regarding the policy months ago. It was found and notated in the your agency's computer system when confronted with Judi, Office Manager who showed to me recently at your agency. At the time, your agency decided to ignored and denied the answers that were provided months ago before the policy ended in April. Don't say that it was State Farm Corporate in not responding on a timely manner in my part. It was that you and your agency did not report it to State Farm Corporate in a timely manner. To do me wrong unprofessionally and accused me while still paid the policy...my policy cancelled without notification. For you to have the audacity to say what you responded on here...about State Farm Corporate and to me. Yeah, that is the reason State Farm Corporate asked me to transferred to another State Farm agent and they did not speak too highly of you and your agency as well. To put out on here...your agency don't represent State Farm and helpful to your long time, valued neighborly customers. To all past, today, and future customers...I hope this post help you all. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone! I was originally at another State Farm office and was never treated respectfully and was not given the best price. Then I switched to this office and have always been treated with respect and they go above and beyond to get you the best price! I trust this office and would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try!

This place is no good. These people that works here are gimmicks. I do not recommend this insurance agency and agents at David Arce. They do not care about their customers and take things seriously. They also do not take accountability what they had and have done wrongly on the policies bought for a decade. Sloppy work and get away with lies not answers pertaining to policies. The policies coverages just vanished out of thin air. If anyone wants a good insurance agent, go somewhere else. Do not come at this agency. All lies and gimmicks.

Amazing customer service! Sarah is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with!!! She is so kind and helpful! And very knowledgeable and personable!! I am very happy I choose to go with State Farm. It’s hard to find such great customer service, but I definitely did with Sarah! I think that she should be in State Farm’s next commercial!!!
