Chase Bank Dequindre Rd, Warren

Incredibly slow service, I understand sometimes that can't be helped. Friendly and professional teller. No doubt it's the branch manager who schedule fewer employees on the weekend. The cause of my concert Nation with this bank they require two forms of ID to cash a check over $500 as if my state issued driver's license was not enough. Clearly me give me my money. Not surprised at how useless this oligarchical institution was.

Walked in at 4:20pm to open new bank account and was told by the accountant that they closed by 5 pm its not enough time to open a bank account, i have 4 accounts with them and never took me 40 minutes to open a bank account, 15-20 min all it takes, poor customer service

This is my local branch where there is only 1 banker to provide service for customers. Completely unacceptable as a Chase customer. Based on staff speaking to a banker its by appt only. Which based on the other branch it’s suppose to be optional. Well needless to say Serenity and Nolene did not provide great customer service.

May change my go to branch. Tried to make appt with a banker. Appt was further than I needed. So called 2 others and kept getting message that they were busy to call 800. So did that and she told me I had to go to a branch office. Call back to my branch she transferred me to 800 before I could say what the rep told me, she transferred me. Tried for over an hour to call back. And hot the busy message. Called a branch further out. Got appt.much sooner and the gentleman was extremely nice. So this king I am Changi for my go to branch.

Great customer service tellers are very friendly. Just need MORE tellers. If u need to see someone your wait could be long due to lack of staffing. I urage u to go as soon as the bank open to cut ur wait time in half well somewhat

Hours are constantly Changing and it’s Annoying because on Google Maps it says. closed on Mondays but the sign on the Door Says 9 to 5. Be More Organized with your hours if google Maps Says closed on Mondays re write the hours saying Mondays closed.

Very disappointed and poor service. Nobody is care about customers rather show attitude. Very slow as well. They need proper training about customer care and service.

Your atms are always broken or out of cash literally every time anyone in my household goes. It’s kind of a joke having to out of the way to a different location cuz the atms are always down.

Just walked out of this bank because they said they were all booked up. They didn't have any interest in opening an account for my family or my business. The lady appeared to be management, and showed zero interest. I guess they are not interested in any new clientele. I'm happy they showed their true colors before wasting my time opening an account. I checked the reviews after the fact and it appears this is a repeated theme they've adopted. I suppose Chase has no interest in personal loans, auto loans or refinancing my home.

If I could give fewer than one star I would. Waited for more than 39 minutes before the branch manager told me that they could not open an account for me as they were too busy and it is was too close to time to go home. The branch manager claimed that only one person at the branch could open an account. I have a hard time believing that the manager of the branch is not allowed to open a simple checking account. I suspect that it is this type of logic that has resulted in them being sued and fined by the federal government so often. Taking my business elsewhere (a bank where they think it is prudent to have more than one employee who can open an account).
