PNC Bank Phillipsburg

I actually for the 1st time ever want to highly express that PNC Bank has been very helpful to me personally. They've served me for many years now & counting. I like how they've a lot of diverse accounts. Hillcrest branch at Phillipsburg NJ is very clean, has welcoming staffs & they all work together as a team to satisfy customers needs. Dora who is a banker at Hillcrest really helped me a lot when I needed PNC bank to represent me with a personal emergency service. Thank you PNC Bank.

“Plain-old” PNC Bank, clean and presentable, and staff is pleasant. Unfortunately, they were no help for me with some banking issues and I ended up going to another local PNC Branch and they cleared up all of my issues. Quick deposits and cash withdrawals come with warm greetings, but don’t expect anything more than that.

I banked at this location for years. I had divorced and set up an account for my daughter......my ex's name was no where to be found on this account. This bank allowed him (my EX) to close her account, which was close to $14,000.00...."because she your daughter was with him and she had her student ID". My daughter was 10...let me repeat that....my daughter was 10 years old!!!. It was a joint account in my and my daughter's names. Un-freakin-believable.........

I like it! Very nice people, convenient, and open 7 days a week!

THEY GOT BETTER...but leaving my original review. I guess to be fair, last year was not the best year for anyone. All businesses deserve more than one change. Here is the original review: Not the best at customer service, although they WILL call when you answer an automatic customer survey. They do their best to welcome you, but after that they seem uninterested in you as a customer. They are doing the LEAST

Bunch of idiots work here. PNC is garbage compared to other banks. I've been having problems ever since they took away the Virtual Wallet online app payment option. Customer service is horrible and doesn't help you at all. When withdrawing my money to transfer banks, they ask me why... Also the one Female employee was confused why I wanted to withdraw MY cash. I had to repeat to her 4 times that I choosing to change banks. She looked at me confused and had annoying comments on why I would withdraw my cash. Terrible customer service. I would rate -1/10. Don't bank with PNC. Wells Fargo is 100% better.

The manager and other staff were great. The assistant manager how ever very rude and not customer friendly. The assistant manager was a Deborah Hosbach
