Irco does not have an ATM where deposits can.be made at any branch. You have to put what deposits to be made in the overnight deposit box if you want it done right away. However they still manage to charge an overdraft fee.even if you were able to cover the check. The online banking is lame and outdated. Its in accurate because it would lead you to believe that are in the clear. But its a lie! They will hit you with an overdraft fee because its done manually by a blind office troll. I am gonna change my direct deposits to a real bank.

Nothing but problems when it comes to making purchases with my debit card. Card is constantly getting declined fo no reason, and I'm not making suspicious purchases either. Card got declined at grocery stores and then for the "lyft" app ( its like Uber), other purchases also. They said I was for account security. But what good is the account if I cant use it?

I have been with IRCO since the early 80's. They have proven time and time again to be the best. The people are super friendly and helpful. Love it here!!

We moved my account to IRCO when I got married. They really worked with me unlike Baker Credit Union who took advantage of myself and mother.

Agents at the window are rude, they don't pay attention, I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, then got dirty looks from both agents when I pushed the call button. They also forgot to give me the withdraw I made twice now, even though I wrote it right on the slip with my deposit.. Will be switching banks once everything has reopened enough to go to the bank closer to where I live now. Also, keep an eye on your balances. I've had to call and complain about incorrect fees more than once.

The bank tellers at the window the last 2 times I've been there has been rude and disrepectful. The woman was ignorant and ignored my question, gave an attitude when I re-asked the question. The man that was working beside her was giving pure attitude toward the other guy in the vehicle next to me. He said to me they were treating him just the same as they were me. These workers here show no professionalism or respect towards there customers. They need an attitude check asap.

I went today to cash my check and the teller refused to give me big bills and this is not the first time,past Friday it happened the same.i so going to close my account with this bank.

I had an account at Baker FCU and when I got married we transferred my accounts to IRCO. What a major difference in service and rates. This is what a credit union is all about.
