Chase Bank Roseberry St, Phillipsburg

Good branch of Chase Bank. My banker is very nice and customer oriented. A Teller was a little rude. I only come here to see bankers or to use an ATM here, I try not to go to tellers. The ATM inside before entering main bank area is the advanced one, accepts up to 200 bills, gives change in 5, 20 and 100 dollar bills and accessible 24 hours with chase card (need to tap or insert to unlock the doors) There is drive through ATM as well which is farther from the bank. I haven't used that one yet. Plenty of parking. Appointments recommended to see bankers. Hours of the bank changed due to the pandemic.

I had to stop there during a very stressful day, and handed the person behind the counter my driver's license for a transaction. When I was done I thought I was forgetting something, and asked the guy if there was anything else, but he said no and went on to the next customer. 2 hours later, I got a phone call that they still have my driver's license! Unfortunately I live 3 hours away and it's practically impossible to get there during their business hours to get it back, never mind how much gas would cost for the round trip. I was only in the area for something specific that day, and I can't afford to spend an entire day just driving around to get it back during banking hours. They absolutely refuse to mail it back to me or help in any way, even though it was their employee who kept it and didn't return it. I've been a Chase client for over a decade, but I'm seriously considering closing my accounts with them over this. As a company, they mail out debit cards and credit cards all the time, but apparently it's impossible to return a driver's license. I've been trying to resolve this for over a month and I just can't believe how much they take their customers for granted and refuse to help.

The closest branch to me since I moved from NY an there is none in PA. This staff is not only the friendliest they are very helpful.

You know you really should quicken up your services. There are two customers in the store opening up accounts and there are two employees, but yet they can only accommodate two customers an hour. Slow is not the word. Their best effort is to make sure you know that they can’t accommodate you and chase you away. What type of Chase bank is this, unlike services you receive in Manhattan, more attentive, fast and happy to meet their customers needs. Here in Phillipsburg, the employees are inattentive to the customer and slow in doing their job. This needs to change in this Phillipsburg Chase Bank.

Chase is not my bank. But, seriously thinking about switching to chase bank. I stopped by this branch today, to close my decreased uncles accounts. Lisa helped me with closing 2 of the accounts. And i didn't think she could help with the 3rd account. Before i knew she started it and Rebecca finished it. They helped me through a difficult time. Thank you !!!!

I recently had opened an account here since my husband recommended this bank. Every single staff at this location is always so pleasant and helpful. One employee in particular had stood out to me, her name is Tanya. Sweetest lady ever and I certainly enjoy going to Chase just to handle my business with her. Anytime there's ever an issue with something she always goes above and beyond to assist me or my husband. She deserves not only employee of the month, but employee of the year! Thank you for all that you do, it never goes unnoticed 🙂

ive had chase credit cards for quite a while. they offered me 200 to open a checking account. i was banking with another major bank which i wont mention and since the coronavirus they have never opened a branch back up. the drive through lines are horrendous. since people have been working from home its nothing but one error after another. one almost caused my home owners insurance to be cancelled. its 30 minutes hold to get someone that has no idea what they are doing, transferred to another, back on hold and they dont know what to do either. this is at least once a week. i didnt think about it before but i figured id give chase a try. i am amazed. what a fantastic bank. like others said, i am in and out of the branch in minutes. the people that work there are super helpful and friendly. my accounts are always handled with perfection. i dont know how they are to call. even in all the years ive had their credit cards everything was always right. i never had to call. im going to change all my banking to chase.

Came to make a quick withdrawal and then workers were very nice. Was in and out in 5 min.

I’ve had Chase Bank for many years. I’ve never had an issue. They finally put one in my town. It’s a bit weird they don’t have a drive thru and when you walk in they don’t have the normal tellers. Maybe banks are changing. I like the fact I can get small bills out of the atm. I wish the outside atm would accept deposits more than they do now. A lot of times it’s down. But overall Chase is a great bank.
