PNC Bank Robbins Rd, Grand Haven

Have been with PNC for many years utilizing many different locations. The Grand Haven one has been the best with a great staff who actually knows me by name even though I'm not in all that often. Very helpful!

Ethan very unprofessional as when I spoke with him on the phone over pnc mistakes read it on my Google reviews for the alpine Avenue branch in Walker to get a bigger picture and find it out on my Facebook if you can understand what happened I tried to connect my message of things via text messages to Facebook with clipboard settings you should understand things if you read it correctly and how pnc representatives are fake in their professionalism to clients all you are is dollars them and policy is for them not you and policy of their's is wrong especially when they are the faulty guilty party and banks instead of owning up to the mistakes blame merchants for their errors *banks being wicked and faulty not the merchants Mind you that banks rep's certainly have a superiority complex

Staff is very friendly inside. My appointment was on time and the rep spent a lot of time with me and made sure to answer all my questions.

Staff ignore you, long wait, and basically no one cares so if you are looking for someone to help you, good luck, better go somewhere else.

Just drove thru to atm. Quiet.

One or two of the ladies at the desk will greet you with a smile but other than that this bank is full of problems and most of them are corporate rules such as the terrible app to manage your account so there isn't anything people can do to help you. Your better off going to macatawa or lake Michigan credit union.

The people at this bank are always friendly and helpful. Especially Ethan and Jennella.

Never thought i would close my account after 31 years . Its really to bad they would not reverse the 36.00 fee from my account that had money in waiting for payroll check to clear !!!!!!

No wait ATM. Awesome online banking.
