Horrible service all around. The app is trash the transition from bbva to pnc was a cluster f . Colton is SLOW and rude, every teller ive dealt with was condescending, very judgemental. Disappointing experiences from the start ONLY pleasant professional types were from the customer service over the phone.

I have been with PNC for a very long time, so I won't go to a different bank but the bank's out here aren't near as accommodating as the banks in Pittsburgh

I chose this bank because of the convenient location. I opened a new business account. Dustin was the financial consultant that assisted me. He was professional and friendly. He explained to me all the features of my new account and how to set up the app. He also explained to me how and if I would be charged fees. I chose the clear connect business account for now. As my business grows, I can upgrade my account to have more deposits and other features so I won’t be charged fees. The process was simple. I made an appointment and met Dustin at the door. We sat down and set up the account. That’s it.

By far the worse bank you can have .. charges you 5 days late for transactions that have already appeared to went through. Useless staff, doesn’t help tenured members at all in anyway. This bank was dropped from NBA for a reason & everyone who considering joining don’t !! I’ve been with them 6 years trust me .. they are garbage 🗑

I am a BBVA customer and had no choice in getting PNC bank and so far the customer service is horrible I always get hung up on and no one can help me with getting my online account setup so I can just pay my bill. I will not be using this bank at all I plan on closing my account. This transfer of business should have never happened. When I finally got in touch with someone in their tech department, after 5 days of phone calls, the guy on the phone never apologized once and sounded like he could care less about helping me.

WATCH FOR ISA FEE They charge! I have 2 checking accounts & 2 savings accounts for about a year now and overall my experience hadn't been bad. That was until the last couple of weeks when I noticed weird charges to my account. The first time it was a couple $1 unknown charges and couple ISA Fees which I found out meant “international Service Assessment” essentially the rep said it looked like my card was used for unknown attempt of a purchase in another country but the system caught it and they reversed the charges for me. We canceled my card and I thought that was the end of it. But no! A week later I found (2) more ISA FEES in the amount of $40 each. Called again but this time they said it was caused by something I purchased yet couldn’t tell me where it came from and I didn’t purchase anything unusual. They will not reverse the fees as they say it’s from the merchant even though the merchant is unknown. Funny thing is... I can’t dispute the fees bc they are actually a charge from the bank. So I’m out $80 and no way of knowing why BBVA charged me this fee. So that’s it... I’m changing banks! Watch for these fees they will take your money

Fees, fees, fees! Want to transfer money? Pay a fee. Want one of the "free checking accounts" with no monthly fees that they're advertising? Wrong. They're currently charging me a dormant fee but I have direct deposit on a weekly basis...how does that work? It doesn't. No prior notice was given to me, just take my money AND they refuse my request to return it. They hang up when calling into the customer service line, there's long wait times only to receive illogical responses--not solutions. Poor customer service and business practices all around. What's more, is I did soft partnering with this institution to promote their products to my employee population and sign them up for accounts at the business I work for. I hope they do not have a similar experience. The relationship is ruined. Closing my account. Thanks BBVA.

So this review is a long time coming. First as clients go I can be challenging.... I first met Vincent approx. 4 years ago when I was in need of some changes to our business account. He was knowledgeable, up front and knew what to do to get us taken care of. Fast forward to this morning much earlier that anyone would expect a response and I sent a thank you for his direction with my merchant and within minutes he replied .... that's top notch service! Thanks again Vincent for all the help you have provided over the years !!!!

I see many mixed reviews regarding Compass and its location at 7th street and Union Hills unfortunately I will only be giving a one star rating for the experience I had with them today, if I could I would rate zero stars. Never before have I had an issue with the staff and Compass in general until today. I had been an existing customer and then had decided to close my accounts which they actually never closed when they had previously told me they were indeed closed. I had decided to re establish my relationship with compass today and re opened an account online. All was opened successfully until I went to the branch on 7th and Union Hills to make my deposit less cash. After the teller ran the check thru the reader, was glancing often at my ID and Social Security card now my last name on my ID is from when I was married and I had since then changed my last name back to my maiden name and my new ID was already in the mail, I didnt have the paper copy with me, and yet they still had all my info from when I had my accounts earlier in their systems with my same last name with the married name and with my social security number had no issue when I opened my previous accounts. They then decided to tell me well Lori I'm guessing the assistant manager said my account that I opened today was not opened correctly and that they werent able to help with transaction. That was it. No type of resolution offered, no offer to fix anything while I was there just pretty much "nope cant help you sorry!" From Lori. I wish if it was going to be an issue that when I opened the account online it would have advised me to go into the branch instead of just the account allowing to be opened. I have worked in the banking industry for 11 years and never have I seen such horrible service. To make a business thrive you build customer relations, build rapport, offer solutions. Businesses are built also by word of mouth. I wont stop at this review I will find a way to reach out to the CEO of compass mention Lori and her inability to perform proper customer solutions and failure to offer alternative solutions and offer effort. They lost me for good as a customer. Total shame
