PNC Bank E Centerville Station Rd, Centerville

After 21 years of doing both personal & small business banking with PNC I left and took all my business including a mortgage to Old Fort Banking. It was multiple things gone wrong over a 2 year period but the "straw" was profiting on my hardship. It took me 3 months to get out of there but I am gone forever. Be careful who you trust with the money.

PNC called me thinking a large check I wrote was fraud. I assured them it wasn't. They told me to call my branch an let them know the check was good not fraud and not to return it . Which I did. And today they returned the check. grrrrr

I called about my paid off car title 3 times and every time the person answered the phone said a banker will call back. All 3 times no one call back. Now I am stuck with no title to process.

Worst customer service!!! I am going to close my all accounts and go to other bank!!

Nice and friendly staff. We were able to get in and out quickly, with no issues.

Friendly associates, however there polices are so dumb , just payed 100 dollars to cash a pnc check at pnc... thanks for just taking a non capped 2% of a business check

Their ATM rejected a cash deposit for $500 and only gave me back $400. I went inside and they refused to do anything about it, then threatened to call the police on me because I wanted my money back.

Woman (Tonya Bowman) who is the banking manager of this particular location is extremely rude to the point of unprofessionalism. I will never bank with PNC again! If you aren't good with people, don't work with the general public!! Do not go to this location and do anything important besides using the ATM!

I HAVE EALT WITH ALL THE STAFF AND FOUND THEM TO BE HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL IN ALL DEALINGS WITH MY SELF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS.
