Most friendly and efficient people I've EVER had complete a house sale! Friendly greeting, courteous service AND accurate on EVERY step of the way. No confusing questions nor vague, "technical" jargon answers.... explained forms in layman's terms for me!...... ALL REALTORS NEED THESE FOLKS!

I have never witnessed such shoddy work on a closing. In every way, I have been disappointed by this company.

I have closed with National Title Company five times (twice purchasing a new home, once selling a home and twice refinancing). They are wonderful to work with and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them!

I have been using the services of National Title for fifteen years now. They are the first and only title company I would recommend. They provide excellent service and are always available (even after hours) to answer questions and provide assistance. Don't go anywhere else, but National Title!

This place was horrible. My mortgage company and real estate broker recommended this company. When we bought our new house this company was responsible for paying our back taxes. They were late and we got a 10% late penalty. When I called to complain the secretary kept giggling and referring me back to the tax company. This company is based in montgomery county so you'd think they would know about late fees (since the business is based in the same county) yet somehow managed to ignore the fact that there is a penalty if you pay late or didn't care (The bill specifically gave due date but I guess they just assume ten days later isn't late). I would NOT recommend this company

I love working with Kelly at National Title. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the title needs of my Commercial clients. It is so hard to find a professional title company that doesn't just treat you like a "number". The family feel with the entire staff is welcoming and inviting. When you add the expertise and tremendous work ethic, there is no other choice for title services in the entire State of Ohio. There is always a willingness to help and diligently locate answers to all questions, whether challenging or basic. National Title has earned my business and the business of my international clients, 100%.

I have used National Title Company for refinancing of my home several times in the past twenty years. Always efficient, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have concerning the refinancing. The staff was courteous and polite whenever I have called in with a question. I give them a 5 star rating.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to National Title Company and especally Suzanne Hatfield. I was at a loss for finding a notary in time for a house closing in Texas; no banks in Centerville, OH would help me since I wasn't a) one of their customers or b) they did not provide notary service for a house closing. With Suzanne's help, we completed the documets and the house sale was closed the next day. Thank you, Suzanne!!
