PNC Bank 13th St, St Cloud

I switched to PNC about 2 months ago. I love it and wish I had made the switch sooner. So far they have been amazing, the sign up process was quick and actually enjoyable. Highly recommended! EDIT 5/16/19: If I could give this bank more stars I would! My card was declined one evening so I opened the app and everything looked fine. I clicked on "need help?" and within 60 seconds an actual human being was calling ME. She was so very nice! They mentioned that it may have been a merchant error (it was) and then thanked me for being their customer. I am just in love with PNC. The virtual wallet is fantastic and I love their app.

I love this branch. The managers, tellers, and other bankers are very kind and helpful. They have helped me out with banking needs, notary, and all kinds of banking related activities. They do need to raise their ATMs to accommodate pick up trucks.

They are very nice, polite, they remember your name, ask about family and pets. Have been with this location since they opened. I don't understand why people use SunTrust or Bank of America except that they spend millions of your money to advertise to tell you lies, have had account's with both in the past.

Whatever you do DO NOT let Crystal Carmen help you!....she is superrrrrrrrrrr unprofessional & rude. By far one of the most miserable people I have met. She has no idea of what true customer service is about!!!!!!!!!....I’m a firm believer that you as the professional one CAN make a difference. No, not her she brings herself to the level of the frustration of the customer, then proceeds to be “fake” nice to everyone else that I guess she feels isn’t giving her to much work to do. When she had a chance to make a difference and HELP she didn’t she just added and was not helpful she made It worst!!!

Although I don't bank with PNC, it's nice that they have many other bank partners so when going out of town, you won't get an ATM fee.

We're in the middle of covid-19, it's 3:00 on a Friday, and they only have one lane open for the tellers for the drive-thru banking. I've never seen any more than only one lane open. We can't go into the bank to do any banking. The cars are backed up out in Tennessee Avenue. Whomever is in charge of this bank apparently has a total disregard for customer service and satisfaction.

The employees are always polite and proffesional. Nora Pierce and the rest of the staff have always been fair and responsive.My questions are answered in a timely manner. The services are above average, and I have my personal and business accounts there. Banks are a business and have to make money, I dont chisel away about fees and dont expect service for free.If you bounce checks and complain about the overdraft charges then dont bounce checks. If you whine about account fees then go to one of many "free"banks. They are abundant in St. Cloud

The ladies behind the counter have always been so nice to us and they always take a moment to include our two girls into the conversations. Never a line either but I did dock them a star as their only ATM is a drive up which makes it awkward when your on foot.

They have an internal person sharing account information with their ADP business partner Carlos Flor. Who then will proceed to try and steal money from your accounts by paying bills such as his COMPANY ISSUED ADP CELL PHONE! When approached about the crime at their bank they will ask you straight up if YOU have him the info. They will not cooperate with me to give me enough information so can take to get a police report. Save yourself a headache STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

Honestly my opinion this is the bank with the heart I'll take care of you here great place really nice bunch of people in there
