The people here are extremely nice and as my first time making an account they guided me very well and explained everything I asked it was a great experience. The people themselves are delightful and I had a good conversation with them they are just full of positive energy and it makes the experience stress less and fun.

The bankers don't know how to count I pulled out all my money from my account I asked for 181.07 and she put on my deposit sheet 181.02 and then only gave me back 81$ so when I went to say something they told me I now have to wait until the end of the day and just hope her drawer comes back over 100$

Terrible experience for my husband and mother today with “Jessica “ the notary. Her lack of competence and the fact she clearly didn’t read caused a lot of confusion today. It resulted in using another notary in which went by smoothly. Had Jessica taken time to read the documents she would have noticed that it has two options to select from. 1. Notary public and 2. Plan representative Option 1 was chosen and she refused to sign stating plan representative needed to be signed by me. Incorrect information Jessica I’m not the plan representative that would be the employer. All you had to do was read and do your job. I even called the company and have it recorded that you were wrong. Because of this you all have lost a customer and I’ll be sending this to corporate as well. Next time take a few seconds to read the document before turning someone away.
