I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Pawn Plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices they offered were more than fair. This was my first experience selling to a pawn shop and they made it easy and actually fun. I'll be back!

I recommend stopping in. The guy in there is super nice and takes customer service very seriously. I appreciated them taking the mask mandate seriously; They enforce mask regulations and will give you one if you don't have one. Despite being the only employee working there that day, he kept a good attitude and never pressured me into buying anything. He also struck up casual conversation which made me feel comfortable. Great experience overall!

this place has really gone down hill. their pricing originally used to be really well and i used to thoroughly enjoy browsing around this store, but recently the jewelry has been EXTREMELY overpriced. i highly suggest going to cash land across the street for better prices and much more friendly employees. the company standard must’ve gone down drastically with the new young employees working there.

I went there kinda nervous to buy my girlfriend a ring as a present and a man named Greg was very warm and helpful, he gave me lots of patience and good conversation to settle my nerves I think lol either way he was super cool. I had a rough time deciding on a ring so he also gave me his opinion without running my bill too high like many jewelers would trying to suggest an expensive ring, but he didn’t do that at all. I told him my budget and he even helped me stay way below it. I highly suggest everyone go there and ask for Greg the man deserves a raise. Greg even noticed I didn’t have a whole lot to spend so he gave a 10% discount and wrapped up my ring neatly to present to her. All in all it was a great experience with a very friendly crew focused on customer servise.

Went to sale a nice brand new laptop. Rejected because I didn’t had a “ receipt “ Lol first time in my life I hear about this non sense. Went to Cashland and boom. Done deal.

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He also gave me an amazing price on a beautiful pocket watch for my boyfriend. I will for sure be doing business again with him.
