The staff always makes me feel like part of their family. They have helped me tremendously with my credit. They report your payments to the bureau every month so you get credit for that. The representative took the time to explain every single detail of our loan! She was patient and explained things in terms that the everyday human being can understand! This is NOT a payday loan! It's a secured loan but the process is SUPER easy and simple! We were able to complete 95% of the loan application over the phone, and then we just came in to the office to sign the paperwork and pick up our check! Friendly, quick, and efficient!!! I never have any issues when I call, and they are always understanding and willing to work with you if you have to make a payment late. They even sent a "Get Well" card with a grocery gift card when I was sick!

This place is great and I got two or more loans here but the only thing I don’t like and hope they change it they add extra stuff on too the loan that I don’t even need or want and the bad part is it brings the monthly bill up. But most of the people here are wonderful
