We can not leave a rating for this Realtor. Bethany LaGrotteria lied to us on a number of occasions and misrepresented herself. We trusted this agent. We were living in North Carolina and we thought she had our backside. We asked her if we needed an inspection of the house and she told us it wasn't necessary the house only required some TLC. After we closed on the house, we found out all of the issues that were not included in the disclosures. They included receptacles just hanging in the basement, a back wall under the windows that was decayed and the studs were rotting from water coming in under the windows. When my husband started to pull the drywall off, he discovered the whole area was filled with ants. There are too many other issues to keep going on with them. We strongly disagree with the realty company when they said there was nothing they could do for us. If we had known everything that was wrong with this house, we never would have bought it.

Allison took a lot of the stress off the selling process. She explained things along the way very thoroughly. Allison set up 17 showings in two days and kept us updated on every showing. She helped us accept an offer out of multiple offers. She made sure we got everything done that needed to be done, and kept on top the buyer's lender to ensure a smooth closing. We would recommend Allison Frolo to anyone needing to buy or sell. One suggestion, DeAnna Realty should change the style of their for sale sign. Multiple people thought it was plain, hard to read, and ugly.

I was paired with Allison Frolo after inquiring about a house via Zillow. Allison made herself available at a moments notice, which is huge during this competitive sellers market! Once I found the house I wanted she continued to respond quickly to every question and made it possible for me to close on the house 4 weeks after signing the contract. Being fairly new to OH i had no realtor referral source, I’m glad I didn’t because I would have missed out working with Allison!

The realtor we paired up was not one I would recommend. She was very persistent, aggressive and at times did not seem like she was in our favor upon purchasing our new home. Towards the end of the sale it just seemed as though she didn’t want to deal with us anymore and was very short. She got her commission and boom that was it. Perhaps Allison is an amateur but my experience with her was not a pleasureful one and don’t think I would ever use her again! I wish we had someone else.

Jim Fowler with Century 21 DeAnna Realty is a rockstar. I have purchased 3 houses with Jim and love working with him. He's super reliable. For example, he always returns calls/messages as soon as he can, and he's willing to check out houses with little/no notice. He knows what to look for and what not to look for and never tries to sell me on a bad deal. Lastly, he's just a great guy and an honest businessman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and look forward to buying houses with Jim for the foreseeable future.
