I 100% recommend this location! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was assisted by Anita, at this location where I was so quickly and kindly greeted. I experienced the most personable and wonderful customer service here. Anita went through the application process with me so patiently and was sure to explain everything to me so that I understood the entire process. She was very friendly, kind, and demonstrated excellent leadership and customer service skills. I was worried when I came in, but Anita mitigated my concerns swiftly. I will definitely be recommending and doing business with this location, again if/when in a financial hardship! Thank you so so much, PLS (Anita in specific) you guys saved my finances this month!

My husband and I have been customers for over 7 years Jessica, Jennifer, and maria are complete angels, their customer service levels are superior. They greet you with a smile and are beyond friendly they make you feel comfortable on your visit. We have never had a bad experience with any of the girls in the store. Raeda was very compassionate and caring. It was hotttt and I had been running all morning. When she saw the state I was in she emphasized with me and offered a bottle of cold water. Best customer service I've had today.

My boyfriend and I came in a few weeks ago for a loan for him and the young ladies in the store were simply great. They had excellent customer service. They answered all of our questions and were able to assist with the transaction in a timely manner. We both highly recommend this location to others.

The customer service here is always great. I’m always greeted with a welcome and a smile. Very professional and very helpful, the management seem to go out of their way everytime. I moved up North further away from this location, and I still come here for the friendly great service.

Rheda the store manager went above and beyond to get me a title auto loan. At first it wouldn't give me the loan or it did but never got the check printed out. It seemed like all was doomed and she went above and beyond to get me approved and was abke to get my title auto loan printed out and she worked quickly. I don't know how many managers that would do that. So thank you Rheda. Inwould give her service a 100 plus stars. So again thank you Rheda.

When I walked in the store I was immediately assisted & welcomed by one of the representatives named Jennifer. I can honestly say she was very helpful & provided superior customer service that I had no choice but to write this review. I felt greatly appreciated to get back the customer service I give out on a daily basis at my own work place. Good job!

I was having a bad day an unexpected financial situation came up, my back was against the wall so I decided on pls loan store. From the moment I walked in the staff was extremely professional greeting me and letting me know I would be assisted next. I began to work with Anita but this was my first loan so I had an ample amounts of questions so the store manager rheada stepped in they answered my questions thoroughly so I understood everything. These two individuals are an asset to this company they provided excellent customer service and made things simple for me. They turned my day around and I def recommend to anyone if your ever in a tight situation to Check out this location, great job guys keep up the great work.
