Great service and attention. Sincerely this location is a little far from my home but I prefer to come until here for city sticker. They do a great service always 🤩

This is about one of the worst customer services I have ever had in my life. The co-worker was extremely rude they mock you while they're giving you your service. The staff seem to care about their cell phone more than providing service. The staff also seem to have spelling issues they don't seem to have basic grammar. My money order that I requested was not completely spelled out.

If you want to receive the worst service I recommend you transact here. The fine ladies here are not only unprofessional but also incompetent. They will mock, insult then lie when you complain. They will lose receipts and miscalculate. They make errors then place blame on the customer. All I wanted to do was send a fax and money!!

Sub par location, overly small parking lot with peculiar rails that make it a tight fit when using the drive through. The speaker used at the drive through is tapped up and rigged into position. Inside it's a drab and poorly maintained. Staff is often also rude and inconsiderate.

This is the spot I cash my check at never any line and they gotta drive through.

This was by far the LEAST helpful place I could have gone to… they mock and swear at you without ANY regard. They do not even talk to you when you’re in front of them.

I’ve only gotten city stickers here a few times but each time I’ve gone it’s been easy. Bring cash if you don’t want to pay a fee

TERRIBLE, I went there in Jan. and was told to go downtown for my city sticker, lie.. I went straight to Kedzie & Elston n they gave it to me. I went today for a plate sticker n was told the car wasn't registered, another lie!! The currency on Kedzie gave me my sticler with no problem, my car is registered! Never going to this dump again.

Amazing place, fast to get what you want, my favorite place to go , workers are very nice and friendly 👌👍 been going here for years and no problems, ladies who work here deserve a raise!

Lady at the window had a nasty attitude when I asked a simple question. If you don’t like your job just quit.
