PLS Loan Store W Roosevelt Rd, West Chicago

I've had several loans with PLS through out the years. They've always helped me out when I needed quick cash. I've also been to different PLS locations, but the one that really stands out is the West Chicago one on Roosevelt Road. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest. They really go out of their way for you. Customer service is very important to me and they do an excellent job at it. They also keep the store very clean which is a plus.

The ladies at PLS are truly amazing and their customer service skills are absolutely wonderful. Its so hard to find true customer service reps like them. They always do their best to help you through your utmost urgent needs, thoughest situations and provide all the details needed. I've had a couple loans out before at other places and let me say that I wont go anywhere else after going to them. You ladies rock!!

Sonia and Vivian are very excellent in customer service, they are extremely great people. I only go to West Chicago store to get a loan. The two of them work with me to make it happen for me to get a loan.

I was in need of cash in an emergency and heard of PLS through some co-workers, I was a little skeptical about using a loan store like this but after going in one of the workers there I think her name was Vivian she made it easy for me to go through the process. Will be using them again soon!

I am truly thankful for the ladies at pls west Chicago. They are very friendly and professional with you at all times. They even have helped my mother, out when she needed help. I appreciate and adore them, Sonya & Natalie. God bless them both.

Came to this PLS location and they never disappoint. I took out a loan with the manager and she was great! She went through the process thoroughly so that I understood everything and made sure that I was well taken care of. When coming to make payments all the girls that work there are polite and as walking in, someone ALWAYS jumps up to the desk to assist me. I don't have to wait around or get anyone's attention and that is MUCH appreciated! I would recommend this PLS loan store to anyone! The girls there make you feel comfortable and they are really done to earth!

I'm not a review person but I gotta say that this is the best loan store I've ever been to. All the ladies here are so nice and professional especially Gabriella; they are so friendly and dare I say funny. For a loan with caring understanding people, come here.

Went in for a small loan and was greeted with smiles and helpful customer service. A newer hire, Esme, helped me without a hiccup and was friendly and quick. By far the PLS experience I’ve ever had.

Sonia and her staff are very professional and always treat me very well. They always call when I'm due and let me know if I'm passed due. Great location, would recommend friends and family to go in and visit.

Everyone runs into a jam now and then. I highly recommend this PLS for their outstanding customer service. Sonia, Vivian and the staff make you feel welcome and will work to help you out. I know I will be back.
