I like this pawn shop a lot. JC seems to be in charge and he and his staff are always helpfull and friendly. Great prices when selling and great prices when buying. He has a great selection of coins too which I like. I'm a locksmith and I fixed a safe they were selling for free because I like them so much. I legit didn't even charge them. I am a big believer in karma so it'll come back one day. In regards to the couple of lower star reviews on here, I know I shouldn't comment, but I just can't help myself. I would just like to say they obviously have no idea how to run a small business or what it takes to do so. The overhead I.E. payroll, payroll taxes, rent, sales taxes due every month, workman's comp insurance, business insurance, utilities, I mean I've owned a couple retail stores in the past and it never ends. Most small businesses make 2%-3% gross profit after all of the bills are paid. So when you say they aren't being fair you not only show your ignorance you also do a disservice to a small business just trying to make it in this insane business environment in Illinois currently. Anyways thanks guys for running a top notch outfit. 👍

Very friendly service and kept everything up front and honest about everything. They told me about what they can do and what would be the cost for them to get pets needed and made a very good deal. Definitely coming back in the future

My Sister Kelly and I were not sure what to expect as we don't frequent pawn shops. I was really pleasantly surprised at the professional atmosphere. We had some things to sell and we're not sure how the process worked or if they were interested. Jessica and Juan really made us feel comfortable. They really know there business and took the time to explain why certain items were worth so much and some were not . They didn't make you feel intimidated which we liked. I highly recommend going in there and checking it out. There is some really great stuff in there for amazing prices. It's worth it just to speak with Jessica and Juan. Bought some Logitech Z506 computer speakers from them yesterday and they we're really nice about everything and willing spend the extra time to test it out with me to make sure everything's working. Got it home that night plugged everything up and it's working great! Would definitely recommend them and will be going back there again!

Highly recommend this place! No one wants to be in a position to need to pawn something for money. However when my fiance and I needed to come up with extra cash fast JC and Jessica were amazing. The process was quick and the pay out was great. Even have us a 15% discount for paying it off​ on time! Would use them again without hesitation.

I came in looking to pawn 2 guitars I had, and the workers were very kind with me and my girlfriend. They were very cooperative with making the best deal to work on. The store was extremely clean and well kept, and the whole store has an overall sense of wellness and hospitality. Differently will be coming back!

Today was my 1st time going to a pawn shop, and I was nervous about it. I'm not a wheeler-dealer and did not know what to expect. After researching several in my area, I chose Fast Cash & Pawn in Warrenville over others that were closer to me because the reviews were so great, while the reviews for those within a few miles of me all contained the word "rude". From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted so warmly that my nerves disappeared immediately. Jessica took the time to explain to me why certain things were accepted and their price, as well as the item rejected, all the while being so friendly and personable yet professional. I spoke briefly with Juan, as equally nice as Jessica, and their sincerity is genuine. I am so happy I spent the extra time travelling to them and will do so without a second thought in the future!

NO doubt that this is by far the best pawn shop I have been to! Was greeted very kindly by everyone in the shop! I took some scrap gold to sell and they gave me top dollar for it. I was very pleased.I live in St.Charles but the drive was so worth it. Also their store is very clean and organized it was very easy for me to shop around. I highly recommend if your looking for some FAST CASH!!

I Saw this shop on my way back from a job in Aurora. So my husband And i stop in to see what some old jewelry was worth. After being buzz in and entering the neat and clean establishment. we were greeted by all the staff and were help by a gentleman J.C. absolutely fantastic! I saw a posting on Marketplace, called to check availability and I was told they don’t hold items, but that was a lie because I got there and they told me it was sold. Next thing I see it’ s the guy parked next to me, who was behind me in store, loading the item in his trunk. Not to mention the 40min drive there. Please guys just BE HONEST and don’t waste anybody time and energy, in the future PLEASE!!!

I came in here a little over two weeks ago. They have nearly a perfect rating for a reason. They offered me a reasonable price for my items and will work with you as best as possible. Most importantly, the manager and employee are super kind and professional and the store looks brand new. So many different selections and items that you probably won't find at most other pawn shops. Definitely worth a look.

Customer service was quick and kind. The manager JC was very nice in reviewing my items and making an offer. I brought in electronics and he made some fair offers. I was very happy with my first experience.

The shop is IMPRESSIVE. The owner is a GOOD MAN. The ONLY gripe i have is that he is way too cheap when it comes to paying customers. I mean if you’re going to turn around and sell an item you’ve acquired for triple what you paid your customer, I think it’s only right to make them a reasonable offer. Earlier this week I wanted to pawn an item which he offered me $200 for. I called another pawn shop, and that owner’s response was “that’s unbelievable, stop by at your earliest convenience, and i can offer you almost double.” IF you want loyal customers, and for your shop to be “competitive” with others, you should really take this review into consideration. You have to spend money, to make it. The more you throw into circulation, the more you’ll receive..
