Currency Exchange/Auto License Naperville

I cashed a check here. The women that helped me was very nice and it was very quick. I usually don't have great times at these places. But it was good.

I hired these company the end of September informing them it will be going in a storage facility temporarily until my new unit is ready. Also informed them that I would need assistance packing due to the fact I’m on my own and still nursing a broken arm. When they arrived I pointed out ALL the kitchen cabinets, storage unit and closets that need to be emptied. I needed to run and out a deposit for the storage unit and when I returned they asked me to help assist packing up the food pantry and anything in the refrigerator. When I asked if all the cabinets were empty they advised me everything was complete. I lived in a hotel temporarily until my move into my new residence. I had a hunch everything wasn’t emptied like they stated so I placed a call to reverify that all the cabinets were emptied. They reassured me everything was emptied. WRONG. After I moved into my new residence and hired other movers for a quicker and cheaper service I inspected the boxes and all my cookware, serving ware, bakeware were never packed like they insisted they were. Went to file a claim and all they do is dance around it blaming ME!!! I highly not recommend. Now I’m out some expensive items

I went in to renew my car plates in October. I got temporary plates and they kept my car title saying I will be mailed my new plates and title. Still waiting….???

My Cashier, was very helpful. I be happy to see her when ever I’m present there. She very loyal to me, and Customer’s period. I can not remember her name, hopefully she would see this survey on her behalf. My cashier keeps customers relationships professional. God blessed Updated; 4-2019 Excellent experiences under any circumstances. Theses workers work diligently all years around to meet all customers daily needs. From my perspective these employees work very well and handled stressful days very well together. They have proven to our community. There number one goals are to meet customers satisfactions,and our everyday needs with Great service, no long waiting period, having us, served in timely manner. I went to this facility to renew my plates. When I first walked in the 2 employees were talking amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally Kathy did but not very friendly or helpful. I didn't bring my card for it and thought she could look up. She said she needed VIN #, license plate # etc. I went out to my car and had last year's card and Emissions card that had I thought VIN # was on. I walked back in to same scenario of them talking and not acknowledging me standing there. Kathy came to window STILL talking to other employee. Took card and the Emissions one and said THAT doesn't have full number on it. Just sort of rude, non helpful & caring. Listen...I get it! I work in Customer Service. But if u don't want to help your customers, or be at least pleasant, then don't be in Customer Service period!! Just don't!! Get a job not working with servicing people.

Horrible customer service! First the woman that took my phone call, couldn't remember she answered the phone! Then I was told to bring in a cashiers check & that it could be cashed, they input ALL of my information even non related to the check...only to have someone in HQ (mysterious HQ) deny the check!?!? No explanation, just "HQ said NO!" lol but did offer to hold the check for 10 days! So I left and deposited it into the bank and already cleared! Morons!

This place was exactly what I needed. I had few documents to be notarized. I went in 20 mins before close and they were still able to accommodate me. The process was very quick and the notary there was very adept at what she was supposed to do. Much better experience than at Bank of America’s infamous location in Naperville.

The workers are SUPER RACIST and unprofessional. I called the corporate office and they hung up on me.

Unprofessional, unskilled and unable to do the minimum required to help a customer.

Great service as always. I came in to get my sticker recently and the young lady who helped me last time helped me again. The state system was down and they were unable to print the stickers. The lady assumed me that as soon as the system came back up she would call me to come and pick up my sticker. She did. Her name is Lisa. Very pleasant , friendly and knowledgeable lady. I will visit this store again. All of the ladies are great.

This is a one stop shop for all your financial needs. The employees here are always courteous and knowledgeable even when the customers are not. They are not slow, but they are thorough. I can appreciate them taking their time to get my business and money correct. I think they do a great job, or it wouldn't be so crowded!!

Recently went to this currency exchange there was a big red sign that read “WE’RE OPEN” , after waiting for hours. I became aware of a small white paper taped to the door that read ‘Temporary closed’. Please accommodate your customers by properly having appropriate and reliable window advertisement.
